Abstract:  
Background and Aim: Approach for justice in health as a multidimensional, broad and comprehensive concept. Hereof, According to the right to freedom, all humans have the right to pursue flourishing their talents in their own unique ways.on the one hand, In carrying out its duties, that the government is jointly responsible for guaranteeing the "right to freedom" and the "right to the highest level of health" for its citizens, while Logically, it is not possible for the governments to guarantee both of these rights to the maximum. Therefore, in explaining the position of freedoms in the health system, it is important to recognize the central role of individual freedoms, and at the same time, the power of the impact of social events on these freedoms.  
Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Results: In this article, an attempt has been made to identify and provide an interpretation of a freedom that leads to the realization of social justice in the health system by analyzing the concept of freedom.
Ethical considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
Conclusion: According to the results of the research, individual role-playing and social arrangements strongly complement each other. Governments must enact social laws so that all citizens enjoy the benefits of freedom, equality and justice. It also provides fair and equal opportunities for all so that they can protect their rights to health choices from the destructive effects of consensual inequality. The government's performance in the health system should be in such a way that all people, regardless of limited resources, have an equal chance to enjoy an appropriate level of health.
