Results: Oncologists are responsible for not informing cancerous patients regarding losing their fertility power and fertility preservation methods. Conclusion: Responsibility of informing oncologists from the method of fertility preservation for cancerous patients is basically contractual and its basis can searched in not taking voluntary consent of cancerous patients. Oncologist`s duty to inform the patient from fertility preservation methods can be inferred from the analysis of the relationship between the two parties.
