fa بررسی نقش عدالت جنسیتی در توسعه پایدار شهری و روستایی در شهرستان کاشان پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">عدالت جنسیتی، موضوعی بسیار مهم در زمینه توسعه تلقی می‌شود، به صورتی که طبق گزارش بانک جهانی دستیابی به عدالت جنسیتی برای اقتصاد کشورها بسیار ضروری است. آنچه غیر قابل انکار است، این است که عدالت جنسیتی و برابری تنها یک خواسته برای حقوق اصلی انسان و عدالت اجتماعی نبوده، بلکه به عنوان یک ابزار و پیش‌شرط توسعه ضروری است. بنابراین در این تحقیق هدف بررسی تطبیقی نقش عدالت جنسیتی در بازار کار شهرستان کاشان در ایجاد توسعه پایدار در مناطق شهری و روستایی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل ساکنین شهرستان کاشان است و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند‌مرحله‌ای متناسب تعداد 384 نفر نمونه انتخاب گردید. جهت بررسی روایی از تحلیل عاملی و برای پایایی از روش اعتبار سازه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیر میزان دسترسی به فرصت‌های شغلی برای زنان 0/35، متغیر کلیشه‌های جنسیتی در زمینه اشتغال زنان 0/32-، متغیر تأکید مردان بر مسؤولیت خانگی زنان 0/38- و متغیر میزان و نوع آموزش فنی زنان 0/53، با توسعه پایدار در شهرستان کاشان ارتباط دارد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Gender justice is a very important subject in the area of development in such a way that achievement of gender justice is very necessary for the countries&rsquo; economy as reported by the global bank. The undeniable fact is that gender justice and equality are not the only demand of human main right and social justice rather they are required as a means of and a prerequisite to the development. Therefore, the present article&rsquo;s objective is comparative study of the role of gender justice in Kashan&rsquo;s work market parallel to the creation of sustainable development in urban and rural regions. The study population included the residents of Kashan out of whom 384 individuals were selected as the study sample volume based on multistage cluster sampling method. Factor analysis was the method of choice for investigating the validity and construct validity was utilized for measuring the reliability. The results indicated that the variables &quot;women&rsquo;s access to the job opportunities&quot; 0.35, &quot;genders stereotypes in the area of women employment&quot; -0.32, &quot;men&rsquo;s emphasis on the women&rsquo;s house responsibilities&quot; -0.38 and &quot;the amount and type of the women&rsquo;s technical instruction and training&quot; 0.53 are associated with sustainable development in Kashan.<br> <br> <strong>Please cite this article as:</strong> Maghsoodi Bidgoli M, Jahanbakhsh E, Haghighatian M.
