fa حقوق فردی و اجتماعی نسل‌های آینده در سلامت زیست‌محیطی با رویکرد حقوق بشر پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">حقوق فردی و اجتماعی دارای ابعاد مختلفی هستند که غالباً بخش‌های اصلی حقوق بشر بین‌المللی را نیز تشکیل می‌دهند. در همین راستا، حقوق نسل‌های آینده در زمینه سلامت زیست‌محیطی نیز به تازگی و در قالب حقوق همبستگی وارد محافل سیاسی و اجتماعی شده است. نوشتار حاضر قصد دارد تا حق برخورداری نسل‌های آینده از سلامت محیط زیست در حقوق بین‌الملل و حقوق ایران و همچنین نیاز به حفظ محیط زیست برای نسل‌های آینده را از مورد کنکاش قرار دهد و برای چالش‌های زیست‌محیطی پدید آمده، راه حل ارائه دهد. بر این اساس، مهم‌ترین یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، پیوند حقوق فردی و اجتماعی نسل‌های آینده با رویکردهای حقوق بشری به دلیل مقبولیت و قابل فهم‌بودن مسأله حقوق بشر برای جهانیان، قابلیت تطبیق بالای آن با عناصر فرهنگی و ارزشی جوامع مختلف، وجود نهادها و سازمان‌های مختلف حقوق بشری در اغلب کشورهای جهان و همچنین گسترش رسانه‌ها و جنبش‌های اجتماعی در زمینه مسائل حقوق بشری است که به نوبه خود می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز تحقق حقوق فردی و جمعی نسل‌های آینده در زمینه سلامت زیست‌محیطی گردد. به طور خاص درباره جامعه ایرانی باید گفت دفاع از حقوق بشر و نهادسازی در این زمینه بر مبنای ارزش‌ها و فرهنگ‌های اسلامی و ایرانی می‌تواند راهی برای دفاع از حقوق نسل‌های آینده در زمینه سلامت زیست‌محیطی تلقی شود. پژوهش حاضر از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بهره می‌برد که با بهره‌گیری از منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای اطلاعات را گردآوری کرده است. </span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Individual and social rights have various dimensions which often constitute the major parts of international human rights. In the same vein, rights of future generations in the field of environmental health have been lately introduced into political and social circles in the form of solidarity rights. The current study intends to assay the future generations&rsquo; rights of enjoyment of environmental health in international law and Iranian law and also the need for conservation of environment for the future generations. It also seeks to provide solutions for the environmental challenges. Accordingly, the most important findings of the present research is the relationship of individual and social rights of future generations with human rights approaches due to acceptability and understandability of the problem of human rights for the world people, its high compatibility with the cultural and value elements of various societies, existence of various human rights institutions and organizations in most world countries and also the expansion of social media and movements in the field of human rights issues which in turn can pave the path for the realization of individual and collective rights of future generations in the field of environmental health. Particularly as to Iranian society, one should say that defense of human rights and institutionalization in this field based on Islamic and Iranian values and cultures can be considered as a path for defense of the rights of future generations in the field of environmental health.
