fa نقش دادگاه بین‌المللی دادگستری اسلامی در حمایت از حقوق شهروندی اسلامی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">سازمان کشورهای اسلامی یا عنوان جدید آن، سازمان همکاری اسلامی به سبب اشتراک اصولی و مبنایی کشورهای آن بر روی دین اسلام و تعالیم و آموزه‌های قرانی، ظرفیت و پتانسیل انسجام و اشتراک در امور بین‌المللی و مسائل مبتلابه را دارند که در همین راستا قوانین و مقراراتی را در حمایت حقوق شهروندی اسلامی بنا کرده‌اند، زیرا زمینه‌های رشد و شکوفایی را ایجاد می‌کند و حتی این امر، در خود سازمان نیز مورد توجه قرار داشته، به طوری که منجر به تأسیس دادگاه عدل اسلامی به عنوان رکن دیوان بین‌المللی اسلامی بین کشورهای عضو در کنفرانس کویت انجامیده است. با این وجود، موانع و مشکلات بسیاری از جمله اختلاف در فرقه‌ها و مذاهب اسلامی، منافع متعارض و چالش‌برانگیز بین کشورهای عضو، رقابت‌ها و نتیجتاً اختلافات منطقه‌ای و تنگ‌نظری‌ها و حب و بغض‌ها بین دول و کشورهای ذی‌نفوذ در این سازمان، نتوانسته ظرفیت مهم و اثرگذار چنین دادگاه بین‌المللی را در بین کشورهای اسلامی، شکوفا سازد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The Islamic Countries&rsquo; Organization or its new title &ldquo;Islamic Cooperation Organization&rdquo; has the capacity and potential for coherence and partnership in international affairs and the newly emerging issues due to the principles and premises shared by the member countries in regard of Islam and the Quranic teachings and instructions; in line with this, there are enacted rules and regulations in supporting the Islamic citizenship rights in the hope of setting the grounds for growth and development and this issue has been even taken into account in the organization itself in such a way that it has led to the establishment of the Islamic Justice Court as the main pillar of the International Islamic Court between the member countries in Kuwait Conference. However, there are many barriers and problems, including Islamic creeds and religions&rsquo; differences, conflicting and challenging interests between the member countries, competitions and, subsequently, regional discrepancies and short-sightedness and biases and prejudices between the influential states and countries in this organization, that have barred the blossoming of the important and influential capacity of such an international court amongst the Islamic countries.<br> <br> <strong>Please cite this article as:</strong>&nbsp; Farzi AR, Jalali M.
