fa افلاطون در مطب فارابی: جستجوی ریشه‌های حقوق پزشکی در دو جامعه آرمانی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL">از افلاطون تا فارابی و حتی تا به امروز بشر در جستجوی بهشت زمینی بوده است. هر دو فیلسوف در پی اتوپیا بوده‌اند. به نظر می‌رسد عدم اتفاق نظر اندیشمندان و برزخ به ظاهر ناپیمودنی آرمان ذهنی و واقعیت عبوس عینی، باعث شده بشر نتواند به سادگی به اتوپیای آرمانی دست یابد. روشن‌کردن اختلاف نظر اندیشمندان و آسیب‌شناسی آن، شاید بتواند روزی در رسیدن به اتوپیا، بشر را یاری دهد. این نوشتار با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیل اسنادی و نگرشی تطبیقی، نوشته شده است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تفاوت اندیشه‌های افلاطون و فارابی در زمینه حقوق پزشکی است. برای رسیدن به این راه، به ناچار باید از معبر حقوق عمومی گذشت، چون هیچ کدام ازاین دو اندیشمند در مورد حقوق پزشکی رساله خاصی تدوین نکرده‌اند. هر کدام از این دو فیلسوف برای رسیدن به جامعه آرمانی راهی را برگزیدند. افلاطون با توسل به ایده آلیسم ناب یا شاید حتی بتوان گفت افراطی سعی در رسیدن به آرمانشهر داشت، در حالی که راه‌های رسیدن فارابی به جامعه مطلوب با وجود نگرش ایده آلیستی، تلطیف‌تر شده بود. با توجه به این‌که فارابی تغییر و هماهنگی با نغییر، را سرلوحه دانش خود قرار داده بود، به نظر می‌رسد این نگرش بسیار قابل اتکاتر از شیوه نگرش افلاطون بوده باشد و بتواند بشر را به سمت جامعه آرمانی هدایت کند. ثبات و تغییر دو واژه کلیدی در مسیر اندیشه افلاطون و فارابی است، تمامی اندیشه‌های افلاطون بر محور ثبات و تمامی اندیشه‌های فارابی بر محور تغییر استوار است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;">From Plato to Farabi, and even to this day, man has been searching for earthly paradise. Both philosophers sought utopia. It seems that the disagreement of thinkers and purgatory with the seemingly incompatible ideal of the mental ideal and the objective gloomy reality has made it impossible for human beings to easily achieve the ideal utopia. Clarifying the differences between thinkers and their pathology may one day help humans reach Europe. This paper is written in a descriptive-documentary analysis and comparative approach. The aim of this study is to investigate the differences between the ideas of Plato and Farabi in the field of medical law. To achieve this, it is necessary to go beyond the path of public law, because neither of these two thinkers has developed a specific treatise on medical law. Each of these two philosophers chose a path to achieve an ideal society. Plato resorted to pure idealism, or perhaps even extremism, to try to reach the utopia, while the ways in which Farabi reached the desired society, despite his idealistic attitude, were further refined. Given that al-Farabi had made changing and aligning with alteration a top priority for his knowledge, it seems that this attitude was much more reliable than Plato&#39;s approach and could lead man to an ideal society. Stability and change are the two key words in the path of Plato and Farabi&#39;s thought, all of Plato&#39;s ideas are based on stability and all of Farabi&#39;s ideas are based on change.<br> <br> Please cite this article as: Javid MJ, Sanjari Moghadam F.
