fa مقایسه حکمت‌های آفرینش از دیدگاه قرآن و حقوق شهروندی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> آفرینش را در صورتی می‌توان هدفمند، عالمانه و حکیمانه دانست که معنی و غایت آن برای همه موجودات از جمله انسان مشخص باشد و این موجودات از نخستین روز آفرینش در پی این هدف در تکاپو باشند. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش بررسی مقایسه&rlm;ای حکمت‌های آفرینش از دیدگاه قرآن و حقوق شهروندی می‌باشد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مقاله به روش اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای و با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل نظری و توصیفی داده‌ها انجام می‌پذیرد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از نگاه فیلسوفان، متکلمان و مفسران، هدف خدا در خلقت دیگر موجودات به غیر از انسان، به طور عمده فراهم‌ساختن شرایط زندگی پاک و سالم برای انسان است. از طرفی، مطالبه‌گری برای اجرای عدالت هدف آفرینش از نگاه حقوق شهروندی می‌باشد. در حقیقت فلسفه آفرینش از نگاه قرآن و حقوق شهروندی مکمل یکدیگر می‌باشند، خصوصاً از این منظر که با تأکید بر مبانی حقوق شهروندی، حاکم از موضع اتهام دور می‌شود و قدرت او تقسیم و تحدید می‌گردد و راه برای مشارکت مردم و شهروندان گشوده می‌شود تا بتوانند حقوق خود را به دست آورند.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">با تأکید بر مؤلفه‌های عدالت و مطالبه‌گری، </span><span dir="RTL">برای این‌که بتوان اهداف آفرینش از نگاه قرآن را در جامعه متجلی ساخت، لازم است حقوق شهروندی و الزامات آن را در جامعه اسلامی جاری و ساری نمود.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Creation can be realized purposeful, wise and sagacious in case that its meaning and ultimate goal have been specified for all the creatures, human beings included, and, additionally, all these creatures be in search of this goal&rsquo;s achievement since the very beginning of the creation. The primary goal of this research is the comparative investigation of the wisdoms of creation from the perspectives of the holy Quran and the citizenship rights.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This article has been written based on a documentary and library research through the use of theoretical and descriptive analysis of the data.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> From the perspective of the philosophers, theologians and interpreters, the God&rsquo;s goal of the creation of the creatures other than human beings is generally providing the human beings with the conditions of a clean and healthy life. On the other hand, the petition for the enforcement of the justice is the creation&rsquo;s goal from the viewpoint of the citizenship rights. In fact, the philosophies of the creation opined by the Holy Quran and the citizenship rights are supplementary especially in regard of this idea that the canonical ruler&rsquo;s accusation will be deemed unlikely with an emphasis on the citizenship rights&rsquo; foundations and his power is divided and delimited and the road would be paved for the citizens and people&rsquo;s participation so that they can have their rights fulfilled.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> With an emphasis on the indicators of justice and petition and in order to be able to give rise to the embodiment of the creation&rsquo;s goal from the perspective of the holy Quran in the society, it is necessary for the citizenship rights and their requirements to be flowing and streaming in the Islamic society.<br> <br> <strong>Please cite this article as</strong>: <a name="_Hlk48018949">Pirooz MH, Taban J, Maleki Y</a>.
