fa راهکارهای پیشگیری ازآسیب‌های جراحی پلاستیک و ترمیمی؛ با نگاهی به حقوق انگلستان پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;">پیشرفت دانش پزشکی از یکسو و ضرورت‌های اجتماعی و نیازهای روحی از سوی دیگر، از جمله عواملی هستند که منجر به گرایش روزافزون افراد به جراحی‌های پلاستیک در جوامع مختلف گردیده است. ویژگی‌های خاص این نوع از عملیات پزشکی در حوزه جراحی‌های زیبایی و ترمیمی منجر به معضلات حقوقی، اجتماعی و آسیب‌های جسمی و روانی بسیاری شده است. کاهش حداکثری ضریب احتمال حدوث چنین وقایعی دغدغه اکثر سیاستگذاران حوزه قضایی و متولیان حوزه سلامت در دنیا می‌باشد، اما متأسفانه در کشور ما قانونگذار و یا متولیان امر مبادرت به اتخاذ سیاست تقنینی و یا اجرایی مناسبی در این حیطه ننموده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا با بررسی علل شایع بروز آسیب‌های جراحی پلاستیک و ترمیمی به تبیین علل و عوامل مولد این قسم از جراحی پرداخته و به تبع آن راهکارهای پیشگیری از وقوع چنین صدماتی را مورد بررسی قرار دهد.<br> <span dir="RTL">در کشور انگلستان در این گستره در سال 2016 جهت برون‌رفت از چالش‌ها و مشکلات موجود، چارچوب‌های نظارتی تحت عنوان &laquo;استاندارد‌های حرفه‌ای برای جراحی زیبایی&raquo; تعیین و در این راستا به تبیین و تنسیق چگونگی انجام اعمال جراحی زیبایی پرداخته است که با بهره‌گیری از آن می‌توان، کمک شایانی به از هم‌گسیختگی و فقدان قوانین خاص و منسجم در کشور و رعایت ملاک‌ها و استاندارد‌های مرتبط با انجام اعمال جراحی پلاستیک و ترمیمی در راستای پیشگیری و کاهش ضریب احتمال بروز آسیب‌ها و صدمات در این زمینه نمود.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The progress of medical knowledge on one hand and social necessities as well as spiritual needs on the other hand are among the elements affecting the increasing tendency to plastic surgery in different societies. Due to special properties of this type of medical operations in the area of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries, there are social and legal issues together with numerous mental and physical damages. Reducing the possibility of occurring such events as much as possible is the concern of most judicial politicians and health custodians throughout the world. However, lawmakers and custodian in our country have not taken proper legislative or executive policies in this regard. The current research is to determine reasons and factors leading into medical negligence by studying common reasons of damages in plastic and reconstructive surgeries and accordingly study preventive solutions hindering such damages.<br> To handle current difficulties and challenges, UK has determined surveillant frameworks in 2016 called &ldquo;professional standards for reconstructive surgeries&rdquo; and accordingly has determined and formulated how to perform reconstructive surgeries. Hereupon, benefitting from this framework can be a significant help to the disruption and lack of specific and well-organized rules within the country and to following the criteria and standard related to operating reconstructive and plastic surgeries such that prevention is made and the possibility of occurring harms and damages in this area is diminished.<br> <br> Please cite this article as: Fakour H, Sheykholeslami A, Abbasi M.
