fa از رضایت آگاهانه تا انتخاب آگاهانه: گفتاری در تعهد به اطلاع‌رسانی در روابط پزشک و بیمار <p>اطلاع‌رسانی به بیمار از جمله شاخص‌ترین تعهدات پزشک در برابر بیمار می‌باشد. پزشک باید بیمار را نسبت به تشخیص خود در مورد بیماری، ماهیت و محدوده عملیات پزشکی پیشنهادی و عواقب و خطرات احتمالی ناشی از آن و مسایلی از این دست آگاه نموده و اطلاعات صحیح و کاملی در این خصوص در اختیار وی قرار دهد تا او بتواند با رضایت کامل و آگاهانه راجع به آنچه نسبت به جسم وی صورت می‌گیرد، تصمیم‌گیری نماید. عدم رعایت این تکلیف از سوی پزشک می‌تواند نوعی تقصیر حرفه‌ای از سوی وی محسوب شده و نهایتاً مسئولیت او را در پی داشته باشد. در مقاله حاضر در پی بررسی ابعاد مختلف تعهد پزشک به اطلاع‌رسانی با نگاهی تطبیقی به نظام‌های حقوقی کشورهای دیگر در مقایسه با نظام حقوقی ایران هستیم.</p> <p>Delivering information to the patient is one of the most significant of a physician&rsquo;s commitments. The physician should inform the patient about his or her diagnosis about the disease, nature and scope of medical practices, consequences and possible risks and something like these. The physician should also help the patient access correct and sufficient information in this regard so that s/he can make decision knowingly about what will be done to his/her body. Failure to accomplish this commitment can be considered as a professional failure and finally, leads to his/her responsibility.
