fa میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر قزوین در سال 1388 <p>پیشینه: هدف منشور حقوق بیمار، دفاع از حقوق بیماران و اطمینان از مراقبت کافی از آنها می‌باشد. منشور حقوق بیمار موجب بهبود ارتباط بین بیماران و ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت بهداشتی می‌گردد و کیفیت مراقبت‌های بهداشتی ـ درمانی را ارتقاء می‌دهد. هدف: این مطالعه به منظور بررسی میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران بستری در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر قزوین در سال 1388 صورت گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی ـ مقطعی در مورد 420 نفر از بیماران بستری در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر قزوین که به روش تصادفی از بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان‌ها انتخاب شده بودند انجام شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به روش مصاحبه مستقیم و از طریق پرسشنامه تهیه شده براساس منشور حقوق بیمار که توسط وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی تدوین شده است، صورت گرفت. سنجش روایی ظاهری پرسشنامه توسط چند نفر کارشناس مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و اعتماد علمی آن با دو روش آزمون مجدد و تعیین همسانی درونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد منشور حقوق بیماران در جامعه مورد پژوهش در 46/21 درصد مواد رعایت شده بود. بیشترین میزان رعایت حق بیمار مربوط به بند رسیدگی به درخواست بیمار در خصوص محرمانه ماندن اطلاعات پزشکی و رازداری کادر درمان (83/57 درصد) و کمترین درصد رعایت حقوق بیمار مربوط به کسب اجازه از بیمار به منظور حضور بالینی افرادی که در روند درمان مشارکت مستقیم ندارند (10/71 درصد) بود. بحث: براساس یافته‌ها، حقوق بیمار در جامعه مورد پژوهش از دیدگاه بیماران به طور کامل رعایت نمی‌شود. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود مسئولان بهداشتی ـ درمانی تدابیری اتخاذ کنند که ضمانت اجرایی برای رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران باشد.</p> <p>Background: The aim of Patients&rsquo; rights chart is to defend Patients&rsquo; rights and to make sure that they receive enough care. Patients&rsquo; rights chart promotes the relationship between Patients and health care providers and upgrades the quality of therapeutic-health cares. Purpose: The purpose of this Survey is to study the rate of preserving in state hospitals in Qazvin (Iran) in 2008. Materials and Methods: This survey has been Conducted based on a descriptive-sectional method on 420 in-Patients&rsquo; chosen as causal sample from different departments of hospitals. Data was collected through direct interview and a questionnaire based on the Patients&rsquo; rights chart compiled by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. Some experts Confirmed its face Validity and its Scientific Validity was Studied through both re-test and homogeneity test. Data was analyzed through descriptive-analytic method. Results: The results indicated that Patients&rsquo; rights chart has been observed concerning 46.21% of the sample. The request for Confidentiality of medical data and therapeutic Personnel&rsquo;s faithfulness (83.57%) was the highest rate of Preservation and the lowest rate (10.71%) was dedicated to Patients&rsquo; consent regarding the presence of those directly involved in treatment process. Discussion: Based on the results, the sample indicated that patients&rsquo; rights have not been completely preserved.
