fa حقوق همبستگی و نقش آن در شکوفایی نسل سوم حقوق بشر پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong> امروزه با توجه به پیچیدگی روابط و گستردگی جوامع و نیاز متقابل کشورها به یکدیگر، اتحاد و همبستگی مابین جوامع بین &shy;المللی از ضرورتی احترازناپذیر برخوردار می باشد. بر همین اساس حقوق جدیدی تحت عنوان حقوق همبستگی شکل گرفت. که زمینه&shy;ساز اتحاد و همبستگی در عرصه &shy;های بین &shy;المللی را فراهم نمود که در شکوفایی نسل سوم حقوق بشر نقش حیاتی ایفا می &shy;نماید. هدف ما در این مقاله بررسی نقش حقوق همبستگی و اثرات آن بر شکوفایی نسل سوم حقوق بشر می &shy;باشد.<strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی، و با بهره &shy;گیری از روش اسنادی و استفاده از ابزار فیش &shy;برداری تهیه و تدوین گردیده است.</span><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong>با مطالعاتی که در این زمینه صورت پذیرفت مشخص شد که این حقوق نوظهوری که حول حقوق همبستگی شکل گرفته &shy;اند، از قبیل؛ حق بر محیط زیست سالم، حق بر توسعه، حق بر صلح، حق بر تعیین سرنوشت، حق بر میراث مشترک بشریت و حق بر ارتباطات، با توجه به اهمیتی که در زندگی افراد و تأثیری که بر زندگی آیندگان دارد باید همواره از سوی کشورها تحت حمایت قرار گیرد از این رو تعهد کشورها در این امر موضوعیت پیدا می &shy;کند.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></strong> از ابتدا تا انتهای مقاله با پایبندی به اصول صداقت و امانت&shy;داری تهیه و تدوین گردیده است.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">در نهایت به این نتیجه می&shy; رسیم که کشورها در سطح بین&shy; المللی با تدوین اسناد بین&shy; المللی و پیوستن به آن در جهت معرفی و شناسایی این امر تأثیرگذار بوده &shy;اند و در سطح داخلی با قانون&shy;گذاری و اجرای آن در جهت حمایت از این امر گام برداشتند لیکن برخی کشورها سهم شگرفی در تحقق نسل سوم حقوق بشر داشتند اما برخی دیگر در حال هنجارسازی و نهادینه&shy; سازی آن می&shy;باشند، از جمله کشور ایران، که نشان می &shy;دهد درجه موفقیت کشورها در تحقق این امر یکسان نبوده است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Today, the complexity of relations and expansion of societies and the reciprocal needs of countries have made unity and solidarity among the international community an undeniable fact. Thus, novel rights under the title of solidarity rights are being formed, which lay the ground for unity and solidarity in the international arena that affects the development of the third generation of human rights. Our goal in this article is to investigate the qualities of solidarity rights and their impacts on the development of the third generation of human rights.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This article is descriptive-analytical research that uses documentary and library sources and note-taking methods.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Studies have shown that the emerging solidarity rights, including the right to a healthy environment, right to development, right to peace, right to self-determination, right to the common heritage of mankind, and right to communication, should be upheld by different nations due to the impacts they have on the lives of people and the future generation; these rights, as stated, reveal the commitment of the countries, also.<br> <strong>Ethical considerations:</strong> Principles of honesty and trust are met from the beginning to the end of the article.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: It is concluded that countries have, at the international levels, helped introduce these rights by codifying international documents and joined international treaties, and legislated and enforced the rights in the domestic arena to support them; however, some countries have considerably contributed to the development of the third generation of the human rights, while some others, including Iran, are standardizing and establishing these rights which indicate the success of these nations.<br> <br> <strong>Cite this article as: </strong>Akbarpoor S, Masoud Gh, Akhavan Fard M.
