fa بررسی متغیر بلوغ دختران و پسران در اقلیم‌های گوناگون آب و هوایی بر اساس ارزیابی‌های پزشکی كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"> هدف اصلی، بازنگری در تعیین سن مشخص و ثابت برای بلوغ همه دختران و پسران است، در حالی که افراد متمایز و متفاوت از یکدیگر با پدیده بلوغ طبیعی رو به رو شده و آن را تجربه می‌کنند.</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"> این </span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پژوهش از طریق منابع کتابخانه‌ای با رویکرد تحلیلی به واکاوی سنین بلوغ پرداخته و در این خصوص، از ارزیابی‌های میدانی و داده‌های پزشکی مرتبط با موضوع بهره جسته است.</span><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">مطابق معیار و ضابطه قرآنی در آیه ششم سوره نسا، بلوغ پدیده‌ای است طبیعی با به فعلیت‌رسیدن استعداد جنسی و قوای تولید مثل است، اما در مبانی فقهی و حقوقی، رسیدن دختران به سن 9 سال و پسران به 15 سالگی به منزله آن و آغاز تکلیف به تعهدات و مسئولیت‌های دینی، مدنی و کیفری در نظر گرفته شده است، در حالی که آمادگی پذیرش مسئولیت و محدودیت‌های ناشی از بلوغ برای آحاد دختران و پسران در نژاد‌های متفاوت، اقلیم آب و هوایی متنوع محل زندگی و همچنین متأثر از اختلاف در فرهنگ جوامع و وضعیت سلامت اجتماعی و دیگر عوامل، یکسان نیست؛ همان‌گونه ارزیابی‌های میدانی صورت‌گرفته در این زمینه آن را تأیید می‌کند.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"> با عنایت به <span style="color:black">بازخوانی مبانی فقهی و حقوقی در زمینه معیار بلوغ و همچنین توجه به مخاطب‌شناسی احادیث در نقد استناد فقهی به روایات بلوغ، نشان می‌دهد که تعیین سن مشخص برای بلوغ، چندان متقن نبوده و صرفاً با برگزیدن برخی از دسته روایات متناظر به مسأله صورت گرفته است، در حالی که دیگر ادله ناظر به سایر نشانه‌های جنسی بلوغ یا حداقل تعیین آن در سنین بالاتر هستند. گواه این بیان، شاخصه‌هایی است که بر اساس اندازه‌گیری و بررسی میزان متغیر بلوغ در اقلیم‌های ناهمگون آب و هوایی را مطابق یافته پژوهش‌های میدانی و مؤلفه‌های پزشکی به دست آمده و همگی بر این امر تأکید دارند که دختران و پسران ساکن در اقلیم و شرایط آب و هوایی سردسیر به مراتب با تأخیر قابل ملاحظه از هم‌نوعان خود در مناطق گرمسیری به مرحله بلوغ رسیده و در سنین بالاتر درک صحیحی نسبت به مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف اجتماعی خود پیدا می‌کنند. بنابراین تعیین یک معیار ثابت برای بلوغ همه افراد ناصواب به نظر می‌رسد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Background and Aim:</span></b> <span lang="EN">The main purpose of the investigation is to determine a specific and fixed age for puberty for all girls and boys, while people who are distinct and different from each other face the phenomenon of natural puberty and experience it.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Method:</span></b> <span lang="EN">This research has analyzed the age of puberty through library resources with an analytical approach and in this regard, it has benefited from field evaluations and medical data related to the subject.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span lang="EN"><span style="color:maroon">Ethical Considerations:</span></span></b> <span lang="EN">In all stages of writing the present research, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Results:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN">According to the Qur&#39;anic standard and rule in the sixth verse of Surah </span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&quot;</span><span lang="EN">al-Nasa</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&quot;</span><span lang="EN">, puberty is a natural phenomenon with the actualization of sexual talent and reproductive powers. However, in jurisprudential and legal foundations, reaching the age of 9 years for girls and 15 years for boys is considered to be the beginning of religious, civil and criminal obligations and responsibilities; While the readiness to accept the responsibility and limitations caused by puberty is not the same for girls and boys in different races, different climates and climates where they live, as well as being affected by differences in the culture of communities and the state of social health and other factors; The same field evaluations done in this field confirm it.</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:maroon">Conclusion:</span></b> <span lang="EN">Considering the re-reading of jurisprudence and legal foundations in the field of puberty criteria and also paying attention to the audience of hadiths in the criticism of jurisprudential reference to puberty traditions, it shows that determining a specific age for puberty is not very valid and only by choosing some categories of the corresponding traditions. It has become a problem. While other evidences refer to other sexual signs of puberty or at least determining it at an older age. The proof of this statement is the indicators that were obtained based on the measurement and examination of the variable rate of puberty in heterogeneous climates and climates according to the findings of field research and medical components and they all emphasize that girls and boys living in climates and conditions Sardsir climates have reached the maturity stage much later than their counterparts in tropical regions and they find a correct understanding of their social responsibilities and duties at an older age.
