fa چگونگی صیانت از نظام اسلامی از دیدگاه مذاهب خمسه How to Protect the Islamic System from the Perspective of Fifth Religions پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: تشکیل نظام سیاسی در اسلام یکی از راه‌های اساسی برای پیاده‌کردن احکام و دستورات دینی است. با این حال، حفظ و صیانت از نظام سیاسی نیز گام مهمی در این مسیر است که در نزد مذاهب خمسه اسلام از راه‌های مختلفی دنبال می‌شود. به دلیل جایگاه صیانت از نظام اسلامی، مقاله حاضر درصدد است تا چگونگی صیانت از نظام اسلامی را در نزد مذاهب پنج‌گانه مورد بحث قرار دهد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر تطبیقی، توصیفی و تحلیلی است و جمع‌آوری مطالب مقاله از روش کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: در نظام سیاسی مد نظر فقه امامیه، اصول اساسی در صیانت از نظام از طریق قواعد فقهی، یعنی حرمت اخلال در نظام، قاعده مصلحت، نفی جدایی دین از سیاست، رعایت مکارم اخلاقی، احکام حکومتی و همچنین مبنابودن عدالت دنبال می‌شود، اما در فقه چهارگانه اهل سنت، صیانت از نظام سیاسی بر محور زور و تغلب و اعطای اختیار به شخص حاکم برای اداره جامعه می‌چرخد. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در نگارش مقاله حاضر، اصول اخلاقی از جمله امانتداری در استفاده از منابع، بهره‌گیری از منابع اصیل و علمی و همچنین دقت در استفاده از مطالب مستند رعایت شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: صیانت از نظام سیاسی در فقه شیعه متکی بر رعایت عدالت، برقراری حاکمیت شرع، جهاد مشروع، واجب‌بودن حفظ نظام و همچنین مصلحت عموم مردم صورت می‌گیرد، اما فقه اهل سنت، گرایش‌های غیر مردم‌سالارانه را تقویت می‌کند و بیش از آنکه حقوق توده‌های مردمی، سعادت آنان و همچنین پیاده‌کردن احکام شرعی را مبنا قرار دهد، به دنبال قدرت‌بخشیدن به شخص حاکم و شکل‌دادن به روابط متصلب برای صیانت از نظام سیاسی است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">ackground and Aim: The formation of a political system in Islam is one of the basic ways to implement religious rules and regulations. However, the preservation of the political system is also an important step in this direction, which is pursued in various ways by the five religions of Islam. Due to the position of protection of the Islamic system, the present article seeks to discuss how to protect the Islamic system in the eyes of the Fifth religions. Materials and Methods: The method used in the present study is comparative, descriptive and analytical and the collection of articles is done by library and documentary methods. Results: In the political system considered by Imami jurisprudence, the basic principles in protecting the system are followed through jurisprudential rules, i.e. the sanctity of disrupting the system, the rule of expediency, denying the separation of religion from politics, observing moral principles, government rules and the basis of justice, but in the four Sunni jurisprudences, the protection of the political system revolves around coercion and domination and giving authority to the ruling person to govern society. Ethical considerations: In writing this article, ethical principles such as fidelity in the use of resources, the use of original and scientific resources, as well as accuracy in the use of documentary material have been observed. Conclusion: The protection of the political system in Shiite jurisprudence is based on the observance of justice, the establishment of religious rule, legitimate jihad, the necessity of maintaining order and also the interest of the general public. But Sunni jurisprudence reinforces non-patriarchal tendencies and seeks to empower the ruler and shape rigid relationships for protection, rather than based on the rights of the masses, their well-being, and the implementation of sharia law.
