fa بازخوانی اسناد بین‌المللی حمایت از بهداشت و سلامت عمومی با هدف دستیابی به مؤلفه‌های حق بر شهر از طریق طراحی شهری Rereading International Documents Supporting Health and Public Health with the Aim of Achieving the Components of the Right to the City Through Urban Design پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: حق بر سلامت از حقوق بنیادین انسان می‌باشد و به معنای حقوق افراد در دستیابی به بالاترین استاندارد سلامت جسمی و روانی می‌باشد و تمام حوزه‌های پزشکی، بهداشت عمومی، غذای مناسب، مسکن، محیط کار سالم، محیط زیست سالم و... را دربر می‌گیرد. دولت‌ها برای تأمین شرایط زندگی سالم شهروندان، ملزم به اتخاذ تدابیری در حوزه‌های مختلف، از جمله تصویب قوانین و مقررات داخلی و پیوستن به کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی می‌باشند. در منشور ملل متحد به موضوع بهداشت و سلامت عمومی پرداخته شده و الزاماتی را برای دولت‌ها در جهت فراهم‌ساختن بهداشت و سلامت در جامعه ایجاد کرده است. روش: اساسنامه سازمان بهداشت جهانی به این موضوع پرداخته و تعریفی را از سلامت ارائه می‌دهد. پس از آن در اسناد بین‌المللی و منطقه‌ای متعددی اعم از خاص و عام و همچنین چند اعلامیه این حق به رسمیت شناخته شده است. از جمله اسناد بین‌المللی که تأکید زیادی بر مسأله بهداشت و سلامت داشته است، اعلامیه هزاره سوم توسعه می‌باشد که رهبران جهان در بزرگ‌ترین گردهمایی خود در سال 2000 طی اعلامیه‌ای متعهد شدند که تمام تلاش خود را برای مهیانمودن یک زندگی سالم برای تمام ابنای بشر در سده آینده به کار گیرند. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر، اصل امانتداری، صداقت، بی‌طرفی و اصالت اثر رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: یکی‌ از زمینه‌های مهم‌ پژوهش‌ در نظام سلامت‌، واردکردن آن در شهرسازی و برنامه‌ریزی شهری است‌ که‌ با عنوان حوزه سلامت‌ شهری شناخته‌ می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: سلامت‌ شهری شامل‌ عوامل‌ اجتماعی‌ مرتبط‌ با سلامت‌ فردی، سلامت‌ محیط‌، سکونتگاه‌های سالم‌، سلامت‌ جاده‌ای، شیوه‌های زندگی‌ سالم‌، امنیت‌، خشونت‌، سلامت‌ غذا، امکانات تفریحی‌ مناسب‌ و احساس تعلق‌ افراد به‌ جامعه‌ است‌ عدالت‌ و تخصیص‌ بهینه‌ و امکانات بهداشتی‌، پزشکی‌ و منابع‌ در شهرها، نظارت بر کاربری اراضی‌ شهری، مدیریت‌ صحیح‌ و تغییرات اساسی‌ در بهداشت‌، اقتصاد و نحوه زندگی‌ شهروندان از اهداف اصلی‌ در سلامت‌ شهری به‌شمار می‌روند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: The right to health is one of the fundamental human rights and it means the rights of individuals to achieve the highest standard of physical and mental health and includes all fields of medicine, public health, proper food, housing, healthy work environment, healthy environment, etc. In order to provide healthy living conditions for citizens, governments are required to take measures in various fields, including the adoption of internal laws and regulations and joining international conventions. In the United Nations Charter, the issue of health and public health has been addressed and it has created requirements for governments to provide health and health in the society. Method: The statute of the World Health Organization deals with this issue and provides a definition of health. After that, this right has been recognized in several international and regional documents, both specific and general, as well as several declarations. Among the international documents that have emphasized the issue of health and health is the Declaration of the Third Millennium Development, which the world leaders at their largest meeting in 2000 committed to do their best to provide a healthy life for all human beings in the century. Use the future. Ethical Considerations: In the current research, the principles of trustworthiness, honesty, neutrality and originality of the work have been respected. Results: One of the important fields of research in the health system is its inclusion in urban planning and urban planning, which is known as the field of urban health. Conclusion: Urban health includes social factors related to individual health, environmental health, healthy settlements, road health, healthy lifestyles, security, violence, healthy food, suitable recreational facilities and people's sense of belonging to society, justice and optimal allocation and health facilities, medical and Resources in cities, monitoring of urban land use, proper management and fundamental changes in health, economy and the way of life of citizens are among the main goals in urban health.
