fa نقش فناوری اطلاعات در ارتقای حمایت از حقوق بیماران در نظام سلامت: یک مطالعه پیمایشی The Role of Information Technology in Supporting Patients' Rights in the Health System: A Survey Study پژوهشي Original Article زمینه و هدف: در سال‌های اخیر، پیشرفت‌های فناوری اطلاعات فرصت‌های تازه‌ای را برای ارتقای کیفیت خدمات بهداشتی و حمایت از حقوق بیماران در نظام سلامت فراهم کرده است. بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین می‌تواند باعث افزایش شفافیت، دسترسی بهتر به اطلاعات و ارتقای فرآیندهای مراقبت شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش فناوری اطلاعات در ارتقای حمایت از حقوق بیماران در نظام سلامت ایران است. روش: روش تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل تمامی بیماران بستری‌شده در بیمارستان‌های شهر اردبیل بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 120 بیمار به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند که به وسیله پرسشنامه قابلیت‌های استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و پرسشنامه منشور حقوق بیماران اطلاعات گردآوری شد. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری وارد نرم‌افزار SPSS 28 شد. ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش از ابتدا تا انتها با تکیه بر اصول اخلاقی و صداقت و امانتداری نوشته شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد فناوری اطلاعات به ‌غیر از بعد برخورداری از مساعدت‌های مذهبی، بر تمامی ابعاد حقوقی بیماران، اعم از برخورداری از حق بهداشت و سلامت، برخورداری از آزادی انتخاب، برخورداری از حق اطلاعات، برخورداری از حقوق آرامش، برخورداری از حقوق استقلال رأی، برخورداری از سری‌ماندن اطلاعات، تأثیر معناداری داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: قابلیت استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات، در بهبود حقوق بیماران، تأثیر معنی‌داری دارد، لذا به ‌کارگیری تمامی ظرفیت‌های فناوری می‌تواند باعث بهبود حقوق بیماران در بیمارستان‌ها شود.   <pre style="text-align: justify;"> Background and Aim: In recent years, advancements in information technology have created new opportunities for improving the quality of healthcare services and supporting patients' rights within the health system. The use of modern technologies can enhance transparency, improve access to information and strengthen care processes. The present study aims to investigate the role of information technology in improving the protection of patients' rights in the health system. Method: The research method was survey type. The statistical population of the research included all patients hospitalized in Ardabil hospitals. Using available sampling method, 120 patients were selected as a statistical sample, which was collected by means of a questionnaire on the capabilities of using information technology and a questionnaire on the charter of patients' rights. Ethical Considerations: This research was written from the beginning to the end based on ethical principles and honesty and trustworthiness. Results: The findings of the research showed that information technology, except for the aspect of enjoying religious assistance; on all legal dimensions of patients, including the right to health and hyginie, enjoying freedom of choice, enjoying the right to information, enjoying the right to peace of mind, enjoying the right to vote independently, having the confidentiality of information had a significant effect. Conclusion: The ability to use information technology has a significant effect on the legal improvement of patients. Therefore, the use of all technological capabilities can improve the rights of patients in hospitals. Please cite this article as: Jafari A, Asadpour M.
