fa واکاوی چهارچوب و مبانی مکاتب فلسفی در قبال صلح در حقوق بین‌الملل پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">با توجه به ارتباطات ملل مختلف در عرصه جهانی امروزه صلح به عنوان حیاتی‌ترین پیوند و اتحاد بین جوامع بشری مطرح می‌گردد و مخاصمه در هر جای جهان باشد، عرصه بین‌المللی را تحت تأثیر می‌گذارد، بحرانی که امروزه در اوکراین رخ داده و صلح منطقه را به مخاطره انداخته است. بر روی کمبود غلات در جهات تأثیر گذاشته است. بنابراین در عصر حاضر فلاسفه بیش از گذشته دغدغه صلح دارند. سؤالی که در این تحقیق مطرح است، این است که صلح جهانی در چه زمانی و با چه هدفی وارد مکاتب فلسفی بین‌المللی گردیده است؟ صلح در عصر کنونی و با هدف برقراری عدالت وارد مکاتب فلسفی گردیده است.</span><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;" lang="FA"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی ـ تحلیلی با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای می‌باشد.</span></span><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;" lang="AR-SA"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">در این مقاله، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.</span><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;" lang="AR-SA"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">یافته حاکی از این است که </span><span lang="AR-SA">اکثر مکاتب فلسفی و فلاسفه در خصوص صلح نظریاتی ارائه داده‌اند که منشأ و مبنای صلح قرار گرفته است. با مطالعه در مکاتب فلسفی می‌توان به این نتیجه رسید که قاطبه آن‌ها به دنبال راهی برای دست‌یافتن به صلح بوده‌اند. </span><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها نشان داده که واژه </span><span lang="AR-SA">صلح بین‌الملل به تازگی وارد مکاتب حقوقی بین‌المللی شده است.</span><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;" lang="AR-SA"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">با مطالعه در مکاتب فلسفی بین‌المللی و عدم وجود مفهوم صلح بین‌المللی می‌توان به این نتیجه دست یافت که عبارت صلح جهانی در عصر معاصر وارد مکاتب فلسفی بین‌الملل شده است و دغدغه اصلی مکاتب فلسفی معاصر رسیدن به صلح مبتنی بر عدالت است و برای رسیدن به هدف خود به بیان تفاوت‌هایی که بین مکتب طبیعی و واقع‌بینانه پرداخته‌اند. برای رسیدن به صلح مبتنی بر عدالت باید در وهله اول به تغییر در نگاه افراد به صلح پرداخت تا</span> <span lang="AR-SA">زندگی اقتصادی</span> <span lang="AR-SA">مسالمت‌آمیزی بر مبنای صلح عادلانه بر قرار </span><span lang="FA">گردد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><b><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;" lang="FA"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="color:maroon">Background and Aim:</span></b> Considering the communication of different nations in the world today, peace is considered as the most vital link and unity between human societies and conflict anywhere in the world affects the international arena, the crisis that occurred in Ukraine today and peace It has made the region a mess. It has affected the grain shortage in many directions. Therefore, in the present era, philosophers are more concerned about peace than in the past. The question raised in this research is, when and with what purpose did world peace enter the international philosophical schools? Peace has entered the philosophical schools in the present era with the aim of establishing justice<span style="color:black">.</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span><br> <b><span style="color:maroon">Method:</span></b> The research method is descriptive and analytical using library resources<span style="color:black">.</span><b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span></b><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span lang="EN"><span style="color:maroon">Ethical Considerations:</span></span></b> <span style="color:black">In this article, the authenticity of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been respected.</span><span style="color:black"></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Results:</span></b> The findings indicate that most philosophical schools and philosophers have presented theories about peace that are the origin and basis of peace. By studying philosophical schools, it can be concluded that all of them were looking for a way to achieve peace. The findings have shown that the term international peace has recently entered international law schools<span style="color:black">.</span><span style="color:black"></span></span><br> <b><span style="color:maroon">Conclusion:</span></b><b> </b>By studying in international philosophical schools and the absence of the concept of international peace, we can reach the conclusion that the term world peace has entered international philosophical schools in the contemporary era and the main concern of contemporary philosophical schools is to achieve peace based on justice and to achieve their goal, they have discussed the differences between natural and realistic schools.
