style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">ارعاب یا اجبار بیماران، به رعایت الزاماتی با هدف کنترل بیماری‌ها یا جلوگیری از شیوع آن‌ها، از سوی سیستم درمانی، به ویژه در شرایط اضطراری همچون شیوع بیماری‌های همه‌گیر، چالش‌های قانونی بزرگی را فراهم آورده است. در این موارد، علاوه بر قوانین یکپارچه جهانی، هر کشور، دستورالعمل‌های مدونی نیز متناسب با شرایط فرهنگی و بومی خود تحت نظارت سازمان بهداشت جهانی تنظیم می‌‌نماید. تلاش‌های قانونی در این زمینه بر نقش بیمارستان‌ها، پرستاران و پزشکان و نیز مسئولیت‌های کیفری و عمومی، کمبودهای قانونی چشم‌گیری در مواردی چون الزامات در درمان بیماری‌های واگیر، دستورالعمل‌ها در نحوه برخورد با امتناع بیماران یا سرپرستان آن‌ها در درمان و یا شرایط قرنطینه در بیماری‌های واگیردار وجود دارد، در حالی که کشورهایی چون انگلستان و ایالات متحده دارای قوانین وضع‌شده متعددی در این زمینه می‌باشند</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">.</span></span><span the health systems, especially during emergencies such as epidemics, poses major legal challenges. In these cases, in addition to consistent global legislation, each country also established comprehensive guidelines according to cultural and local conditions under the supervision of the World Health Organization.
