fa عوامل مؤثر بر خشونتگری و خشونت‌پذیری جنسی در بستر ازدواج The Factors Affecting Sexual Abuse in Marriage پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: از آنجا که خشونت‌های جنسی زناشویی، یکی از شایع‌ترین انواع خشونت خانگی به شمار می‌رود، این پژوهش با هدف یافتن پاسخ این پرسش که «شوهران تحت تأثیر چه عواملی علیه همسران خود خشونت جنسی می‌ورزند و زنان تحت تأثیر چه عواملی ممکن است این خشونت را پذیرا شوند؟»، انجام شده است. روش: نوع پژوهش، کیفی و روش آن، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است و داده‌های مورد نیاز، افزون بر بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، از رهگذر مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 45 بزه‌دیده خشونت جنسی زناشویی و 20 تن از متخصصان سلامت و بهداشت خانواده گردآوری شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در کلیه مراحل انجام مصاحبه و نگارش مقاله، اصول مربوط به حفظ حریم شخصی مصاحبه‌شوندگان و آزادی عمل ایشان در پاسخگویی، محرمانگی داده‌ها، اصالت اثر، صداقت، بی‌طرفی و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: خشونتگری و خشونت‌پذیری جنسی در بستر ازدواج، اختصاص به مردان یا زنانی با ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک خاص ندارد و در همه اقشار و طبقات مختلف جامعه مشاهده می‌شود. با این حال، مردانی که به هرزه‌نگری اعتیاد دارند، از سوءمصرف الکل یا مواد مخدر رنج می‌برند، به اختلالات جنسی یا روانی مبتلایند و یا خشونت علیه زنان را در محیط خانواده فراگرفته‌اند، بیش از سایرین، مرتکب خشونت جنسی علیه همسر خود می‌شوند. همچنین زنانی که به لحاظ مالی و اقتصادی به شوهران خود وابسته‌اند، سابقه خشونت‌دیدگی یا ازدواج ناموفق داشته و یا از حمایت خانواده و اطرافیان بی‌بهره‌اند، احتمال بیشتری دارد که به زندگی مشترکِ توأم با خشونت جنسی ادامه دهند. نتیجه‌گیری: تحت تأثیر گسترش فضای مجازی و توسعه صنعت هرزه‌نگاری، پای خشونت جنسی بیش از پیش به رابطه زناشویی میان زوجین باز شده است. با توجه به آسیب‌های فردی و اجتماعی این نوع خشونت، با فرهنگ‌سازی و آگاهی‌بخشی عمومی از طریق بازنگری در مباحث کلاس‌های آموزشی پیش از ازدواج و تسهیل دسترسی به مشاوره‌های پس از ازدواج و کاهش هزینه‌های آن‌ها، می‌توان از میزان شیوع خشونت جنسی در بستر ازدواج کاست.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Since the sexual abuse in marriage is one of the most common types of domestic violence, this research seeks to answer the following question: Why do the husbands commit sexual. Method: In this research, a qualitative approach and a descriptive-Analytical method were used. To answer the research question, in addition to library resources, in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 45 victims of marital rape and 20 family Health specialists (Psychiatrist, Psychologists, Sexologists, Couples therapist, Counselors and Social workers) were used for data collection. Ethical Considerations: In this research, the principles related to the privacy of the interviewees, confidentiality of data, honesty, neutrality, trustworthiness and intellectual property have been respected. Results: Committing sexual abuse in marriage and staying in a violent relationship is not limited to men or women with specific demographic characteristics and it is observed in all social classes. However, those men who are addicted to pornography, suffer from alcohol or drug abuse, have sexual or mental disorders, or have learnt violence against women in the family, are more likely to commit sexual abuse against their wives. Those women who are financially dependent on their husbands, have a history of divorce, or are deprived of supportive family and friends, are more likely to stay in a violent relationship. Conclusion: Under the influence of the expansion of internet and facilitation of access to pornography, sexual abuse in marriage has become more prevalent. Considering the individual and social consequences of sexual abuse in marriage, it is possible to reduce the prevalence of domestic violence by a public awareness and education through revising the topics of pre-marriage training course and facilitating access to post-marriage counseling and bringing down their costs.
