fa نابرابری‌های سلامت و عدالت اجتماعی؛ تحلیل اخلاقی اثرگذاری عوامل محیطی، فقر و آموزش بر سلامت عمومی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">با نضج‌گرفتن مفهوم موسع سلامت در عصر کنونی، عمده تلاش کشورها برای تحقق عدالت در نظام سلامت از طریق توجه به تعیین‌کننده‌های اجتماعی سلامت صورت می‌پذیرد. مطالعات نشان داده‌اند بیشترین بار بیماری‌ها و نابرابری‌های سلامت ریشه در عوامل اجتماعی دارند و اهداف توسعه هزاره نیز تأثیر این عوامل بر سلامت جوامع را به رسمیت شناخته است. از طرفی نقش سلامت در ارتقای شاخص‌های توسعه انسانی نیز انکارناپذیر است، بنابراین حذف عواملی که سلامت را تحت تأثیر قرار داده و سبب بروز نابرابری در سلامت می‌گردند، در زمره وظایف کلیدی دولت‌ها محسوب می‌گردد. در مقاله پیش رو تلاش شده است تا چگونگی اثرپذیری سلامت جامعه از پارامترهایی که خارج از نظام سلامت قرار دارند با تمرکز بر عوامل محیطی، فقر و آموزش تبیین گردد</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">.</span></span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">این مقاله به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و با ابزار فیشبرداری کتب و مقالات نگارش یافته است</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">مطابق یافته‌های این مطالعه عدم توجه به پارامترهای مذکور و تکیه بر مکانیسم بازار مبتنی بر تقاضا در سیاستگذاری‌ها، موجب می‌گردد تا نابرابری‌های نظام سلامت به صورت غیر مستقیم افزایش یافته و نیازهای بهداشتی گروهی از مردم نیز در این چرخه حذف گردد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">جهت مقابله با چالش‌های مذکور اقداماتی چون تحقق همکاری‌های بین بخشی، توجه به تأثیرات احتمالی سیاست‌ها بر سلامت خصوصاً فقرا، تعریف فقر به عنوان محرومیت از توانمندی‌های اساسی و آموزش به منزله توانمندسازی، ارتباط بین سطح برنامه‌های آموزشی و طبقه اجتماعی گیرندگان آموزش، نقش توأمان طبیعت و تربیت در سلامت فرد در کنار افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی به عنوان رئوس اقدامات دولت‌ها در این خصوص معرفی شده‌اند</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Background and Aim:</span></b> With the development of the broad concept of health in the current era, the main effort of the countries for the realization of justice in the health system is made by focusing on the social determinants of health. Studies have shown that most of the diseases and health inequalities are rooted in social factors and the Millennium Development Goals have recognized the impact of these factors on the health of communities. On the other hand, the role of health in promoting human development indicators is undeniable. Therefore, eliminating the factors that affect health and cause inequalities in health is one of the key tasks to be accomplished by the governments.
