fa نقش فناوری بلاک‌چین در توسعه حقوق بین‌الملل سلامت پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">در دهه‌های اخیر، تکنولوژی بلاک‌چین به عنوان یک فناوری نوآورانه و قابل اعتماد، توجه بسیاری را به خود جلب کرده است. بلاک‌چین امکان ثبت و انتقال امن و شفاف داده‌ها را فراهم می‌کند و بسیاری از صنایع و حوزه‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. یکی از حوزه‌هایی که بلاک‌چین می‌تواند تأثیر به سزایی داشته باشد، حوزه حقوق بین‌الملل سلامت است. پژوهش حاضر تلاش نموده است تا به این پرسش، پاسخ دهد که فناوری بلاک‌چین در توسعه حقوق بین‌الملل سلامت دارای چه نقشی است؟</span></span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">این تحقیق از نوع نظری بوده، روش تحقیق، توصیفی</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> ـ </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه‌ای و با مراجعه به کتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">در تحقیق حاضر، اصل امانتداری، صداقت، بی‌طرفی و اصالت اثر رعایت شده است.</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">با توجه به ویژگی‌های بلاک‌چین، از جمله امنیت، شفافیت و غیر قابل تغییربودن داده‌ها، استفاده از این فناوری در حوزه حقوق بین‌الملل سلامت می‌تواند بهبود و توسعه‌ای چشم‌گیر به همراه داشته باشد.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">توسعه حقوق بین‌الملل سلامت با استفاده از بلاک‌چین، امکان تأیید هویت، بهبود امنیت داده‌ها، تسهیل در تبادل داده‌های پزشکی و ردیابی داروها و محصولات پزشکی تقلبی را فراهم می‌کند. با ادامه پژوهش‌ها و استفاده هوشمندانه از بلاک‌چین، امیدواریم که حقوق بین‌الملل سلامت را به سطح جدیدی از توسعه و بهبود برسانیم.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Background and Aim:</span></b> In recent decades, blockchain technology has attracted a lot of attention as an innovative and reliable technology. Blockchain enables the safe and transparent recording and transfer of data and has affected many industries and fields. One of the areas where blockchain can have a significant impact is the field of international health law. The current research has tried to answer this question, what is the role of blockchain in the development of international health rights?<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Method:</span></b> This research is of a theoretical type, the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is library and by referring to books and articles.</span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span lang="EN"><span style="color:maroon">Ethical Considerations:</span></span></b> In the present research, the principles of trustworthiness, honesty, impartiality and originality of the work have been respected.<span lang="EN"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Results:</span></b><b> </b>Considering the features of blockchain, including security, transparency and immutability of data, the use of this technology in the field of international health law can bring significant improvement and development.<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:maroon">Conclusion:</span></b><b> </b>The development of international health law using blockchain provides the possibility of identity verification, improving data security, facilitating the exchange of medical data, and tracking counterfeit drugs and medical products.
