fa چالش‌های فمنیست در حوزه حقوق بشر و سلامت زنان Feminist Challenges in the Field of Human Rights and Women's Health پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">حضور فمنیسم در عرصه حقوق بین‌الملل با فراز و فرودهای فراوانی همراه بوده است و در چند دهه اخیر چالش‌های بسیاری برای دفاع از به رسمیت‌شناخته‌شدن حقوق و جایگاه زنان در عرصه شکل‌گیری هنجارهای حقوق بین‌الملل ایجاد گشته است. علاوه بر این، ارتباط کامل تئوری‌سازی فمنیسم با مجموعه‌ای از هنجارهایی که از لحاظ تاریخی تنها در رابطه با روابط میان دولت ـ ملت‌ها قابل اجرا بوده، به آرامی به بحث و نقد گذاشته می‌شوند. مشارکت فمنیسم در فضای حقوق بین‌الملل با چالش‌ها و خلأهای بسیاری رو به رو است؛ این چالش‌ها در هر دو فضای تئوری و رویه عملی دولت‌ها مطرح می‌باشد. پیامد حقوقی سلامت زنان مفهوم گسترده‌ای است که کشورها وظایف خود را در جهت ارتقای خدمات بهداشتی، اجتماعی و حفظ سلامت جسمی، روحی و اجتماعی زنان بر عهده دارند. چالش تأمین سلامت زنان از لحاظ حقوقی مربوط به زیرساخت‌های عدالت و بنیادین جوامع است که تبلور آن را می‌توان در اسناد 1945 سازمان ملل متحد یافت. بنابراین سیر تحول حقوق بشر بین‌المللی مرتبط با سلامت زنان، از جمله مهم‌ترین فعالیت دولت‌ها است. از آنجا که برخی از اهداف سازمان جهانی بهداشت مربوط به نگاه حقوقی به کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی مانند رفع تبعیض، حقوق بقا، توانمندسازی زنان، حقوق مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و مزایای پیشرفت علمی است، لذا حقوق بین‌الملل انسانی با ارتقا و حمایت از سلامت زنان رابطه معنادار دارد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The presence of feminism in the field of international law has been accompanied by many ups and downs, and in the last few decades, many challenges have been created to defend the recognition of women's rights and the position of women in the field of the formation of international law norms. In addition, the complete connection of feminism theorizing with a set of norms that historically was applicable only in relation to relations between nation-states are slowly being discussed and criticized. The participation of feminism in the space of international law is facing many challenges and gaps; these challenges are raised in both theoretical and practical areas of governments. The legal consequence of women's health is a broad concept that countries undertake their duties in order to improve health-social services and maintain the physical, mental and social health of women. The challenge of providing women's health from a legal point of view is related to the justice and fundamental infrastructures of societies. Its crystallization can be found in the 1945 documents of the United Nations, so the evolution of international human rights related to women's health is one of the most important activities of governments. Since some of the goals of the World Health Organization are related to the legal perspective of international conventions such as the elimination of discrimination, the rights of survival, the empowerment of women, the rights of health care and the benefits of scientific progress, therefore, international human rights with the promotion and protection of women's health It has a meaningful relationship.
