fa نقش دولت‌ها در بهبود و توانمندسازی حقوق سلامت بانوان از منظر حقوق بین‌الملل پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">حق سلامت یکی از مؤلفه‌های اساسی و از نگرانی‌های روزمره انسان‌ها (صرف‌ نظر از سن، جنس و پیشینه نژادی) به شمار می‌رود. وجود ارتباط معنادار میان حق بر سلامت و حقوق بشر سبب شده است تا در کنار توجه ویژه از سوی نهادهای بین‌المللی، اقدامات گسترده‌ای در جهت شناسایی و تحقق آن انجام گیرد. در این بین، تأمین حق سلامت زنان از موضوعات مهمی است که همواره مورد تأکید حقوق بین‌الملل و حقوق بشردوستانه بوده است. امروزه اهمیت جایگاه زنان در جامعه و نقش آن‌ها در توسعه همه‌جانبه کشورها بر کسی پوشیده نیست و سلامت و بهداشت زنان به یکی از اولویت‌های اساسی دولت‌ها تبدیل ‌شده است. از سوی دیگر مفهوم سلامت به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین حقوق فردی و اجتماعی، نقش انکارناپذیری در ارتقای شاخص‌های توسعه اجتماعی دارد، لذا در این پژوهش به بررسی و تبیین نقش دولت‌ها در بهبود و توانمندسازی حقوق سلامت بانوان با تکیه بر موازین حقوق بین‌الملل می‌پردازیم.</span></span><b><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"" lang="FA"></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">نگارش این مقاله بر پایه تحلیل و مبانی نظری بوده و به روش توصیفی &nbsp;تحلیلی با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای صورت گرفته است.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">پژوهش حاضر با رعایت اصل صداقت، امانتداری و اصالت نگارش شده است.</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">دستیابی جامع و کامل زنان به حق بر سلامت نیازمند توجه به ابعاد جسمی، معنوی، فکری و اجتماعی آن‌ها بوده و دولت‌ها می‌بایست ضمن فراهم‌کردن بسترهای لازم، اقدامات مالی و قانونی موردنیاز را برای اجرا و پیشبرد حق بر سلامتی انجام دهند.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:maroon">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">اهتمام دولت‌ها به وضع قوانین کارآمد در حوزه سلامت و بهداشت زنان، فراهم‌کردن زیرساخت‌ها و پیوست‌های فرهنگی لازم و همچنین رشد و ترویج الگوهای سلامت باید در اولویت برنامه‌ریزی‌ها قرار گیرد. همچنین مقابله با هرگونه تمایز و محرومیت بر اساس جنسیت که منجر به نقض حقوق بشر و آزادی‌های زنان می‌شود، امری ضروری است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Background and Aim:</span></b> The right to health is a fundamental human right that concerns people of all ages, genders and races. The existence of a significant connection between the right to health and human rights has led to special attention from international institutions and extensive measures to identify and realize it. Meanwhile, the right to women&#39;s health has always been emphasized by international and humanitarian law. Today, the significance of women&#39;s position in society and their role in comprehensive social development is undeniable. In this study, we seek to analyze how governments can enhance women&#39;s health rights by complying with international legal standards.<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Method:</span></b> This article has been written based on theoretical analysis, while using descriptive-analytical method and library-based sources.<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span lang="EN"><span style="color:maroon">Ethical Considerations:</span></span></b> In this research, the principles of trustworthiness, honesty and originality of the texts have been observed.<span lang="EN"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><b><span style="color:maroon">Results:</span></b><b> </b>Achieving women&#39;s right to health requires governments to provide comprehensive care that addresses their physical, spiritual, intellectual and social needs. In addition, governments should establish the necessary foundations and implement financial and legal measures to advance women&#39;s right to health.<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:maroon">Conclusion:</span></b><b> </b>It is important for governments to prioritize the growth and promotion of health models, providing necessary infrastructure, cultural attachments and effective laws in the field of women&#39;s health and health.
