fa ارتکاب جرائم علیه سلامت جسمانی زنان پناهجو پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">با فرار از کشور خود به دنبال حفظ امنیت و زندگی بهتر، زنان پناهجو در معرض خطرات جدی قرار می‌گیرند. برخی از این خطرات شامل تبعیض جنسی، خشونت جنسی و خشونت خانگی هستند. این جرائم علیه زنان پناهجو نشان از نقض حقوق بشر و قوانین بین‌المللی دارند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ارتکاب جرائم علیه زنان پناهجو است و نیز تشریح ریشه‌ها و عوامل مؤثر در این جرائم را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. هدف نهایی این پژوهش، ارائه توصیه‌ها و راهکارهایی برای مقابله با این جرائم و حمایت از زنان پناهجو است.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> برای دستیابی به این اهداف، در این پژوهش از روش تحلیل محتوا و مطالعات موردی استفاده خواهد شد در ابتدا، منابع مرتبط با موضوع مورد بررسی جمع‌آوری و مورد تحلیل قرار می‌گیرند. در نهایت، تحلیل دقیقی از نتایج به دست‌آمده انجام می‌شود. در این راستا مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ایی به تحقیق و بررسی موضوع پرداخته است.</span><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon"></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.<span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">با تحلیل دقیق اطلاعات و منابع مرتبط، می‌توان یافته‌های زیر را بررسی کرد: 1ـ نقض حقوق بشر: جرائم علیه زنان پناهجو نشان از نقض حقوق بشر و قوانین بین‌المللی در زمینه حقوق زنان دارند؛ 2ـ فقدان حمایت قانونی: برخی زنان پناهجو به دلیل تبعیض و عدم حمایت قانونی، با مشکلات و خطرات بیشتری رو به رو می‌شوند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:maroon">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">ارتکاب جرائم علیه زنان پناهجو نشان از چالش‌های جدی در حقوق بشر و حقوق زنان دارد. برای مقابله با این جرائم، لازم است توجه بیشتری به حمایت قانونی و تدابیر امنیتی برای زنان پناهجو صورت گیرد. همچنین آموزش و افزایش آگاهی جامعه درباره حقوق زنان و مسائل مرتبط با پناهندگی نیز اهمیت دارد.</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="color:maroon">Background and Aim:</span></b> Refugee women are exposed to serious risks by fleeing their country in search of security and a better life. Some of these risks include gender discrimination, sexual violence and domestic violence. These crimes against refugee women show violations of human rights and international laws. The purpose of this research is to investigate the commission of crimes against refugee women and also to explain the origins and factors affecting these crimes. The final goal of this research is to provide recommendations and solutions to deal with these crimes and support refugee women.<span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span><br> <b><span style="color:maroon">Method:</span></b> To achieve these goals, content analysis and case studies will be used in this research. At first, the sources related to the topic under investigation are collected and analyzed. Finally, a detailed analysis of the obtained results is done. In this regard, this article has researched and examined the issue by using the descriptive-analytical method and using library resources.<b><span lang="EN"><span style="color:maroon"></span></span></b><br> <b><span lang="EN"><span style="color:maroon">Ethical Considerations:</span></span></b> In all stages of writing the present research, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.<span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"></span><br> <b><span style="color:maroon">Results:</span></b> With a detailed analysis of related information and sources, the following findings can be examined: Violation of human rights: Crimes against refugee women show violations of human rights and international laws in the field of women&#39;s rights. Lack of legal protection Some refugee women face more problems and risks due to discrimination and lack of legal protection.<span style="color:black"></span><br> <b><span style="color:maroon">Conclusion:</span></b><b> </b>Committing crimes against refugee women shows serious challenges in human rights and women&#39;s rights. To deal with these crimes, it is necessary to pay more attention to legal protectio and security measures for refugee women.
