In order to revive the eighth principle of the constitution, one should pay attention to the legal and judicial challenges and its epistemic and psychological damages. Citizenship and democracy are interdependent. Citizenship rights are the root of political and democratic development. The right to self-determination is a fundamental part of citizen&#39;s rights that is realized through the method of participation in collective affairs, the dependence and connection of citizens to their rights and freedoms will be an effective pillar in the stability and preservation of their rights in the society; In other words, citizenship rights and democracy are related and political development requires the protection of citizenship rights.
