fa جایگاه روبات‌های هوشمند در حقوق بین‌الملل سلامت پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">در دهه‌های اخیر، پیشرفت‌های چشم‌گیر در زمینه هوش مصنوعی و روباتیک، به وجود آمده است. با پیشرفت‌های سریع فناوری و ظهور روبات‌های هوشمند، حوزه سلامت به یکی از عرصه‌های اصلی تغییرات بنیادین تبدیل شده است. روبات‌های هوشمند، دستگاه‌های خودکارکننده‌ای هستند که با استفاده از الگوریتم‌ها و هوش مصنوعی قادر به انجام وظایف مختلف و حل مسائل پیچیده می‌باشند. روبات‌ها معمولاً دارای قابلیت یادگیری و بهبود عملکرد باتجربه هستند و قادرند با محیط و کاربران خود تعامل داشته باشند.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">روش: </span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">این پژوهش از نوع نظری بوده، روش تحقیق، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه‌ای و با مراجعه به کتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">در پژوهش حاضر، اصل امانتداری، صداقت، بی‌طرفی و اصالت اثر رعایت شده است.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">روبات‌های هوشمند نه‌تنها نقش کلیدی در تحول نظام‌های بهداشتی جهانی ایفا کرده‌اند، بلکه بر ایجاد چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های جدید در حقوق بین‌الملل سلامت تأثیرگذار بوده‌اند. روبات‌های هوشمند در زمینه‌هایی مانند جراحی، تشخیص بیماری و مراقبت بیمار به کار گرفته می‌شوند و چنین موضوعی نیاز به تدوین چهارچوب‌های قانونی جدید را به شدت پررنگ می‌کند.</span></span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></b></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">برای مواجهه با چالش‌ها و مسائل حقوقی مرتبط با استفاده از روبات‌های هوشمند در حوزه سلامت، به اصلاح قوانین و سیاست‌های مرتبط، ایجاد توافقات بین‌المللی مؤثر و همکاری فعال بین کشورها و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی نیاز است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="background:#f7f7f7"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">Background and Aim:</span></span></b> <span style="line-height:115%">In recent decades, there have been significant advances in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics. With the rapid advances in technology and the emergence of intelligent robots, the health field has become one of the main areas of fundamental changes. Smart robots are automated devices that are able to perform various tasks and solve complex problems using algorithms and artificial intelligence. These devices usually have the ability to learn and improve performance with experience and can interact with their environment and users. This research, which was carried out in a descriptive-analytical way, has tried to answer the question, what is the position of intelligent robots in international health law?</span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">Method:</span></span></b><span style="line-height:115%"> This research is of a theoretical type, the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is library and by referring to books and articles Ethical considerations: In the present research, the principles of trustworthiness, honesty, impartiality and originality of the work have been respected<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">.</span></span><b><span lang="X-NONE"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="EN"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">Ethical Considerations:</span></span></span></b> <span style="line-height:115%">In the present research, the principles of trustworthiness, honesty, impartiality and originality of the work have been respected.</span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:maroon">Results:</span></span></b><b> </b><span style="line-height:115%">Intelligent robots have not only played a key role in transforming global health systems, but have also created new challenges and opportunities in international health law.
