If the input data is incorrect or incomplete and results in erroneous results, it is possible that liability may arise for drug manufacturers, algorithm developers, or regulatory bodies. In many cases, companies enter into collaboration with AI technologies through agreements. The terms of these agreements can help determine responsibilities and obligations. The use of AI in pharmaceuticals also raises various ethical issues, including patient data privacy and fairness in treatment.
