fa حق مؤلف و حقوق مرتبط در سازمان های مدیریت جمعی مروری Review Article <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl">امروزه مدیریت و اجرای صحیح حق مؤلف و حقوق مرتبط تأثیر بسزایی در رشد و موفقیت صنایع فرهنگی کشورها دارد. مدیریت جمعی حق مؤلف و حقوق مرتبط نظامی است که به موجب آن پدیدآورندگان و صاحبان آثار به یک سازمان مدیریت جمعی اجازه مدیریت و اجرای حقوقشان از جمله نظارت بر استفاده از آثار، مذاکره با استفاده کنندگان، اعطای مجوز استفاده و جمع آوری و تقسیم اجرت را میدهند. در این نظام، سازمان مدیریت جمعی به عنوان واسطه ای میان صاحبان آثار و مصرف کنندگان عمل کرده، از یک طرف موجب اجرای مؤثر حقوق صاحبان آثار شده و از طرف دیگر امکان دسترسی آسان و منصفانه استفاده کنندگان به آثار را فراهم میکنند.</div> <div align="justify" style="direction: ltr">Today management and true performance of copyright and related rights has an important effect on improvement and success of cultural industries of countries. Collective management of copyright and related rights is a system that authors and right holders of works authorize a collective management organization (society) to manage and perform their rights such as monitoring uses of works, negotiation with users, give permission of use, collecting and sharing royalties.
