fa حقوق مالکیت ادبی و هنری در ویدیوهای درخواستی (VOD): با نگاهی به حقوق ایران مروری Review Article <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl">ویدیوی درخواستی (VOD) سرویسی است که قرار است به زودی در ایران عملیاتی شود و امکان مشاهده اطلاعات چندرسانه‌ای دلخواه کاربر را در هر زمان با استفاده از برنامه‌های موجود در آرشیو منابع ویدیویی، بدون امکان ذخیره‌سازی آن برنامه‌ها، به وجود می‌آورد. باید توجه داشت که برای اجرای موفق این سیستم در ایران علاوه بر ابزارهای فنی و مخابراتی لازم، بستر حقوقی مناسب نیز ضروری است. با توجه به گستردگی مسائل حقوقی، در این مقاله به صورت تخصصی به دنبال این هستیم که نقاط تلاقی کاربرد این فناوری را با حقوق مالکیت فکری و از میان شاخه‌های این حقوق، با حقوق مالکیت ادبی و هنری و حقوق مرتبط مشخص نموده و به نقد و بررسی قابلیت‌ها و نارسایی‌های موجود در قوانین ایران و همچنین پیش‌نویس لایحه جامع حمایت از مالکیت ادبی و هنری در این رابطه بپردازیم تا بتوانیم حرکتی در جهت همگامی جامعه حقوقی با فناوری‌های جدید داشته باشیم.</div> <div align="justify" style="direction: ltr">VOD is a service that is going to be applied in Iran, which makes it possible for the users to watch multimedia from the Archives at the times they desire, without being able of saving them It should be bearded in mind that having this system applied perfectly needs not only the technical tools but also updated legal rules that will manage the usage.
