fa شبیه‌سازی انسانی از منظر حقوق بین‌الملل <p>شبیه‌سازی یکی از دستاوردهای نوین علم پزشکی است. پس از موفقیت‌آمیز بودن شبیه‌سازی نخستین گوسفند بنام دالی در فوریه 1997م. توسط دکتر یان ویلموت، در جوامع بین‌المللی بحث شبیه‌سازی انسانی نیز مطرح گردید. به همین جهت شاهد موضع‌گیری‌های متفاوت از سوی علما و اندیشمندان حوزه‌های مختلف علمی، اخلاقی، دینی، اجتماعی و حقوقی اعم از شاخه کیفری، عمومی و بین‌الملل بوده‌ایم. همگام با نگرانی دانشمندان و واکنش اندیشمندان رشته‌های مختلف و اتخاذ موضع در حوزه‌های گوناگون دینی، اخلاقی، سیاسی و اجتماعی در قبال پدیده نوین شبیه‌سازی در عرصه بین‌الملل، شوراها و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی نیز عکس‌العمل نشان داده و اقدام به صدور قطعنامه و اعلامیه جهت قانونمند کردن این فناوری و اتخاذ سیاست جنایی تقنینی مناسب نموده‌اند.در سطح بین‌المللی تلاش برای اتخاذ رویکردی واحد و الزام‌آور برای همه دولت‌ها با مشکلات بسیاری همراه بوده است و توفیق چندانی کسب ننموده است و تنها منجر به صدور چند مصوبه از سوی سازمان‌های مختلف گردیده است اما در سطح منطقه‌ای در قاره اروپا، توفیقات بیشتری کسب نموده و حتی با تصویب پروتکل همراه بوده است. در این مقاله اقدامات و عکس‌العمل جامعه بین‌الملل در قبال شبیه‌سازی در دو گستره جهانی و منطقه‌ای مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت.</p> <p>Cloning is one of the novel achievements of medical science. After successful cloning of a sheep called Dolly in February 1997 by Dr. Ian Wilmut, the issue of human cloning was also considered in international communities.
