fa رویکرد حقوق بین‌الملل به شبیه‌سازی انسان <p dir="RTL">علوم زیستی در نیم قرن اخیر پیشرفت‌های حیرت‌انگیزی داشته‌ و به‌طور فزاینده‌ای جزئیات نحوه عمل و فعالیت جسم و ذهن انسان را فاش ساخته‌اند. این پیشرفت‌ها از سویی نویدبخش تحولی در درمان امراض و آلام بشر هستند و از سوی دیگر، موجب نگرانی‌هایی درباره نحوه استفاده و کاربرد این دانش شده‌اند. همان دانش و آگاهی که برای درمان کاربرد دارد می‌تواند برای اهداف غیر درمانی نیز به کار رود؛ از جمله برای &laquo;بهبود&raquo; انسان یا حتی تغییر &laquo;طبیعت انسان&raquo;. علاوه بر این، چنین تغییراتی از نسلی به نسل دیگر منتقل خواهند شد.</p> <p dir="RTL">فرصت و بحران نهفته در این پیشرفت توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. سال‌های متمادی است که مباحث اخلاق زیستی در مراجع و محافل مختلف مورد بحث و جدل قرار گرفته و به صورت روزافزون مورد توجه عموم مردم واقع شده‌اند. از جمله موضوعات قابل توجه علوم زیستی که ابعاد اخلاقی، فلسفی، مذهبی و حقوقی آن مورد توجه بسیار بوده، شبیه‌سازی انسان است. در این مقاله از منظر حقوق بین‌الملل مسئله شبیه‌سازی بررسی می‌شود.</p> <p>Bioethics has made an amazing progress since the half of the past half-century and it has increasingly disclosed the details of the body and the mind&rsquo;s function. On the one hand, these progresses are promising in development in treatment and human pains and on the other hand they raise considerations about how to use and the application of this science, the science and the knowledge which is useful in treatment and can be used in non-medical purposes, including improvement of the humankind or even to change the human&rsquo;s nature. Furthermore these changes will be transferred from one generation to another. The opportunity and the crisis hidden under this progress, has attract many attention. It has been years that the bioethics&rsquo; conceptshas been considered in different references and cliques and has increasingly attracted the public&rsquo;s attention. Human cloning is one of the remarkable concepts of biological science and the ethical, philosophic and religious aspects of it have been considered.
