fa جایگاه اخلاق زیستی در قلمرو حقوق بشر بین‌المللی <p dir="RTL">در مقاله حاضر تلاش شده است پس از بیان مفهوم اخلاق زیستی، رابطه آن با حقوق بشر تبیین گردد. گروهی بر این باورند که اخلاق زیستی می‌تواند به تمامی در حیطه حقوق بشر قرار گیرد و اصولاً تفاوتی ماهوی میان این دو مفهوم وجود ندارد. از طرف دیگر برخی با انتقاد از حقوق بشر در عصر حاضر آن را بازیچه حکومت‌ها و پیرو سیاست‌های آن‌ها دانسته و خواهان استقلال اخلاق زیستی از حقوق بشر می‌باشند. در ادامه ضمن تلاش برای ارائه پاسخ به انتقاد مزبور به برخی مواد موجود در اسناد اولیه و مهم حقوق بشر که به مسائل مربوط به اخلاق پزشکی نیز پرداخته‌اند اشاره و کرامت و منزلت انسانی به‌‌عنوان فصل مشترک آن‌ها بررسی می‌شود. در بخش آخر برخی اسناد و اعلامیه‌های به نسبت جدید بین‌المللی که بر ارتباط این دو مفهوم و رعایت مقررات حقوق بشر در امور زیستی و پزشکی تأکید دارند بررسی شده‌اند. در نهایت با توجه به مباحث مطروحه این نتیجه حاصل شده است که لزوم جهان‌شمول بودن قواعد و اصول اخلاق پزشکی و رابطه مستقیم آن با وجود و منزلت انسانی ایجاب می‌کند در چارچوب اسناد و معیارهای جهان‌شمول حقوق بشر بدان پرداخته شود.</p> <p>In the present study, effort has been made to represent a definition of Bioethics and to explain the relationship between Bioethics and Human Rights. Some believe that Bioethics is completely in accordance with Human Rights and there is basically no substantive difference between these concepts. On the other hand, some criticize the Human Rights and they believe that it follows the government policy and the governments manipulate the human rights. More than that, whilst trying to answer these critics, some of the codes in important and primary Documents of Human Rights related to Medical Ethics will be considered and human dignity as the interface of Bioethics and Humans Rights will be considered. In the last part, some of recent International documents and declarations which stress on the relationship of these two concepts and implementation of Human Rights regulations in biology and medicine will be reviewed.
