fa تکنولوژی تعیین جنسیت جنین <p dir="RTL">پیشرفت بشر در عرصه علم و فن‌آوری و گره‌ خوردن این پیشرفت‌ها با آینده و سرنوشت وی، توجه و نگاه ویژه حقوقدانان را به این پیشرفت‌ها ضروری می‌سازد. فن‌آوری انتخاب جنسیت جنین یکی از این موارد است که در حوزه مسائل مربوط به حقوق پزشکی قرار می‌گیرد. مقاله در ابتدا با تشریح پزشکی مسأله به بیان ماهیت آن پرداخته است و در ادامه با بیان دیدگاه‌های حقوقی موافق و مخالف و استدلال‌های هر یک و سپس نقد آن‌ها، سعی در تجزیه و تحلیل حقوقی فن‌آوری برنامه‌ریزی برای تعیین جنسیت دارد.</p> <p dir="RTL">پژوهش در صدد یافتن پاسخی به این پرسش است که آیا فن‌آوری انتخاب جنسیت جنین پدیده‌ای غیر انسانی و تبعیض‌آمیز است؟ آثار جواز و عدم جواز این فن‌آوری در جامعه چیست؟ و برآیند مقاله این است که با توجه به ترجیح داشتن جنین پسر در تمام دنیا و بر هم خوردن تعادل جمعیتی و به تبع آن مشکلات اجتماعی محتمل، در هر جامعه‌ای باید نگاه ویژه‌ای به این مسأله معطوف و سیاست‌های کنترل و کاهش استفاده از این فن‌آوری توسط قانون‌گذاران دنبال شود.</p> <p>Development of human science and technology and its effect on human feature requires the necessity of lawyer`s attention to this development.&nbsp; The predetermination of a child&rsquo;s gender technology is one of this development that place in the medical law scope. At first this article explains the medical aspect of this technology and then it tries to legally analyze the predetermination of a child&rsquo;s gender technology by Survey the deferent legal viewpoint and their reasoning.</p> <p>This research tries to answer this question that if the predetermination of a child&rsquo;s gender technology is a discriminatory and misanthropic method. What is the effect of this technology in society?&nbsp; The outcome of this article is the necessity of special attention to this matter because of the preference of male child in the society, changing of population structure and subsequent social problems.
