fa سقط جنین در بارداری ناشی از جرایم جنسی در پرتو قانون سقط درمانی <p dir="RTL">&laquo;سقط درمانی&raquo; به ختم بارداری، قبل از این‌که جنین توانایی ادامه‌ی حیات در خارج از بدن مادر را داشته باشد، به‌منظور محافظت از سلامت مادر یا به دلیل بیماری یا نقایص جنین اطلاق می‌گردد. تحقیقات صورت گرفته در مورد سقط جنین نشان می‌دهد که رابطه‌ی مستقیمی بین قانونی ‌بودن سقط جنین و کاهش آمار مرگ‌ و میر زنان ناشی از سقط های جنایی وجود دارد اما با تصویب قانون سقط درمانی و صدور مجوز در موارد بیماری‌های جنینی و مادری تعیین شده که باعث عسر و حرج مادر می‌شود تحولی اساسی در زمینه‌ی سقط جنین درمانی صورت گرفت.</p> <p><span dir="RTL">با این وجود موارد زیادی از بارداری‌های ناخواسته است که به دلایل متعدد در قانون موجود، </span><span dir="RTL">مورد توجه قانون‌گذار قرار نگرفته است </span><span dir="RTL">که ضرورت بررسی ابعاد مختلف قضیه را آشکار می‌سازد. همچنان‌که در کشورها رویه‌های متفاوتی برای سقط درمانی برگزیده شده است لازم است که قانون‌گذار ما هم با نگرشی نو به مسأله‌ی سقط جنین، زنان زیادی را که قربانی جرایم جنسی شده‌اند تحت حمایت قانونی، بهداشتی و اجتماعی خود قرار دهد.</span></p> <p>Therapeutic abortion is referred to the end of pregnancy, before the fetus could maintain living outside the mother&rsquo;s body in order to protect the mother&#39;s health, or due to disease or fetal deficiencies.
