fa حقوق مالکیت فکری آثار سینمایی مروری Review Article <p dir="RTL">سینما در رده‌بندی هنرها، به عنوان هنر هفتم شناخته می‌شود که مجموعه‌ای از هنرهای دیگر مانند ادبیات، موسیقی و اجرا را دربر می‌گیرد. اثر سینمایی کاری مشترک است که نیاز به همکاری افراد متخصص بی‌شماری دارد. با توجه به این‌که افراد متعددی در ساخت یک فیلم نقش دارند، باید دید نهایتاً حقوق مادی و معنوی فیلم و در حقیقت حقوق مالکیت فکری اثر سینمایی به چه کس یا کسانی تعلق می‌گیرد؟ در این مقاله به بررسی نقش عوامل مختلف در یک اثر سینمایی پرداخته و نظرات حقوقی مختلف را در مورد صاحب حقوق مالکیت فکری در یک اثر سینمایی بیان می‌کنیم و نهایتاً به بررسی این مسأله می‌پردازیم که در حقوق ایران چه تصمیمی در این خصوص گرفته شده است.</p> <p>Cinema in classification of arts, is known as seventh art that includes collection of other arts like literature, music and performance. Cinematographic work is a collective work and needs cooperation of a lot of experts. As a number of people play role in making a film, finally who owened economical and moral rights of film and indeed intellectual property rights of cinematographic work?
