fa حقوق بشر، ایدز و سلامت عمومی <p>بیماری ایدز به بحران عمده توسعه هزاره سوم تبدیل شده و دبیر کل سازمان ملل متحد بخش عمده‌ای از فعالیت خویش را به ایدز اختصاص داده است. به نحوی که در اجلاس ویژه مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد و هم در گزارش اجلاس سران کشورها به طور مفصل به آن پرداخته است. اپیدمی ایدز موضوعی جهان‌شمول است و به تمام نقاط جهان اشاعه یافته و تمامی قارّه‌ها را درگیر نموده است. به نحوی که مبارزه با آن نیاز به واکنش‌های ملی، منطقه‌ای و همکاری جهانی دارد. برای مبارزه با این بیماری مهلک نه تنها سازمان ملل متحد بلکه سازمان جهانی بهداشت، سازمان بین‌المللی کار، صندوق جمعیت ملل متحد، برنامه کنترل مواد مخدر ملل متحد، صندوق توسعه ملل متحد برای زنان، بانک جهانی و دیگر نهادهای ذی‌ربط جهانی همه بسیج شده‌اند. مساعدت به یک واکنش مؤثّر و پایدار متکی به حقوق بشر در برابر ایدز که موجب کاهش تبعیض‌های مربوط به این بیماری در محیط کار و محیط‌های اجتماعی دیگر گردد با شرکت دادن مبتلایان به ایدز در ترویج حمایت و احترام به حقوق بشر در چارچوب برنامه‌های پیشگیری، کنترل و مراقبت امکان‌پذیر است.</p> <p>Aids has turned into a significant development crisis and the UN Secretary General has allocated a great portion of its commitments to Aids to the extent that both in the special UN assembly and in the reports to the World Leaders Summit has dealt with them .The Aids is a universal epidemic issue and has been scattered in all parts of the world it has involved all continents in a way that national reactions, as well as regional and global co-operations against it are required. In order to fight against this fatal disease , not only has the UN, but also WHO, World Labor Organization ,UN Population Fund, UN Anti &ndash; drugs Campaign, UN Development Fund for Women, World Bank and other respective global institutions have been beseeched .
