fa مطالعه اجمالی برخی از جرائم بیماران اسکیزوفرنیک <p>یکی از اختلالات روانی که شاید طول عمری برابر با خلقت انسان داشته باشد امروزه در سایه تلاش و مساعی پی‌گیر دانشمندان و با مطالعه مستمر در خصوصیات رفتاری بخش خاصی از بیماران روانی به نام اسکیزوفرنی شناخته می‌شود .اختلال روانی اسکیزوفرنی یکی از مهم‌ترین اختلالات روانی است که به دلایل متعدد و از ابعاد مختلف باید مورد توجه قرارگیرد درحوزه حقوق کیفری همواره این اختلال از جهات مختلف با هاله‌ای از ابهام همراه بوده است .این‌که آیا ابتلاء به اختلال روانی اسکیزوفرنی موجب ارتکاب جرم می‌شود؟ اگر چنین است آیا انواع اختلالات اسکیزوفرنی تأثیر یکسانی در ارتکاب انواع جرائم علیه اشخاص و اموال دارند؟ و یا این‌که آیا به طور کلی جرائم ارتکابی از ناحیه این دسته از بیماران با لحاظ اختلالات روانی آن‌ها قابل توجیه است؟ این سؤالات وبسیاری از موضوعات دیگر در رابطه با این اختلال روانی امروزه با مطالعات و تحقیقات گسترده‌ای که صورت گرفته تقریباً پاسخ روشنی دارند اما با این حال در ارتباط با این اختلال روانی و نیز رابطه آن با جرم هنوز مجهولات بسیاری وجود دارد که پاسخ روشن و قانع کننده‌ای ندارند.</p> <p>One of the mental disorders that may come side by side of the creation of man is known Schizophrenia by continued and sustained effort and research of scientist about certain part of Psychiatric patients. The Schizophrenia mental disorder is one of the most important mental disorders that should be considered by many reasons and in many different dimensions , in the criminal law in various sector this disorder has been associated with the aura or ambiguity. Whether suffering from Schizophrenia mental disorder causing crime? If so the types of Schizophrenic disorders have a same affection on committing offences against the person and offences against the property? Or whether the overall committed crime by these patients can be justified with respect to their mental disorders? Nowadays the questions and many other subjects that related to this mental disorder have almost clear answer with case studies and extensive researches.
