fa محیط ‌زیست شهری در پرتو حقوق شهروندی پژوهشي Original Article <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;">پیشینیان خالق شهرهایی بودند که همگان به آن افتخار می‌کنند. ما نیز در حال ساختن تاریخ هستیم. آیا آیندگان نیز با سربلندی از آثار نیاکانشان سخن خواهند گفت؟ شهرهای ایرانی به ‌تدریج از الزامات زیست‌محیطی فاصله می‌گیرند و از ایفای نقش اساسی خود به عنوان محل قرار، آرامش و بهبود <span style="letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">کیفیت زندگی بازمی‌مانند. گسترش بی‌رویه و بی‌ضابطه شهرها، داد و ستد قانون شهر و تجاوز به</span> جنگل‌ها و منابع طبیعی رفتاری دور از تمدن و خطایی نابخشودنی است. حاکمیت در برقراری توازن بین محیط زیست شهری و نظم‌بخشی به زیستگاه‌های بزرگ انسانی موفق نبوده است. با بهره‌گیری از نیروی نهفته در جامعه می‌توان وضع موجود را به مطلوب تغییر داد. ره‌آورد حقوق شهروندی مشارکت ورزی افراد در شهرسازی، مدیریت شهری و کوشش برای برقراری حاکمیت قانون و حذف مدیران ناشایسته است. شهروندسازی و حرکت به سوی یک نظام قانونی کارآمد، شفاف و جامع مسیر رسیدن به شهرهای عدالت‌محور، قانون‌مدار، امن و سازگار با محیط را فراهم می‌کند.</span></span></p> <p>Predecessors Create Cities That All People Were Proud of Them. We Are Also Making History. Will Posterity Speak Proudly of Their Ancestors? Iranian Cities Gradually Keep Away from the Environmental Requirements and Their Fundamental Role as a Place of Tranquility and Improving Quality of Life. Extending the Cities without Rules, Selling the Law of the City, Encroachment on Forests and Natural Resources are Uncivilized Behavior and Unforgivable Mistake. Sovereignty in Creating the Balance between the Urban Environment and Organizing a Large Part of the Human Habitat has not been Successful. With the Power of Community, This Situation Will Be Better. The Result of Citizenship Rights is Participation in Urbanism, Urban Management and Efforts to Establish the Rule of Law and Remove Incompetent Managers.
