fa کاربست‌های سیاست جنایی در حمایت از سلول‌های بنیادی با نگاهی به حقوق فرانسه و انگلستان پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">فناوری سلول‌های بنیادی، به عنوان یک رویکرد جدید درمانی، امیدهای زیادی را جهت درمان بیماری‌های سخت به وجود آورده ‌است. با توجه به پیشرفت کشورمان در این زمینه و اهمیت علوم سلول‌های بنیادی در سند نقشه جامع علمی کشور، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی کاربست‌های سیاست جنایی در حمایت از سلول‌های بنیادی با نگاهی به حقوق فرانسه و انگلستان صورت پذیرفته‌ است. پژوهش حاضر طی یک مطالعه توصیفی، با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی، با مطالعه کتب‌، مقالات و تحقیقات پژوهشگران و سایر مراجع علمی معتبر به بررسی موضوع پرداخته ‌است. بی‌تردید بهره‌مندی از مزایای این فناوری نیازمند تدوین قوانین و توسعه زیرساخت قانونی و نهادی مناسب می‌باشد.<br> در این راستا استفاده از تجربه و راهبردهای کشورهای پیشرو از جمله فرانسه و انگلیس، می‌تواند منابع آموزنده‌ای برای سیاستگذاران باشد و می‌توان با مطالعه قوانین کشورهای فعال در این فناوری که به تدوین قوانین دقیق پرداخته‌اند و اتخاذ یک سیاست کیفری هدفمند در مواجهه با کاربست این فناوری، به وضع ممنوعیت‌ها و تعیین ضمانت اجراهای کیفری متناسب، مبادرت ورزید.</span></span></div> stem cells technology as a new Therapeutic approach brings many hopes for treament of sever diseases. By considering the progress for our country in this regard and the importance of stem cells science in country&rsquo;s comprehensive scientific map, legal and institutional infrastructure development is one of the main priorities for a decent position, in the region and world on the horizon of 1404. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the criminal policy of stem cells by looking at French and England politics. this research is a descriptive study using library and documentary method, by study of books and papers and researches and other authoritave scientific references. undoubtly, the benefits of this technology depends on its ethical considerations. Elimination of moral barriers also requires drafting laws compatible with regional and cultural beliefs of peoples in the country. As Iranian law in the field of stem cells is not clear and Unfortunately, our laws in the face of it, could not keep up with these advances, to continue research activities, legal and institutional infrastructure is the main feature.
