fa بازتفسیر حقوق شهروندی در بستر مدرنیته‌ ایرانی: مطالعه‌ موردی رساله «یک‌ کلمه» پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>بر اساس نظریه مدرنیته‌های چندگانه، مدرنیته غربی در فرهنگ‌ها و تمدن‌های غیر غربی مورد بازتفسیر قرار می‌گیرد و زمینه ایجاد مدرنیته‌های متکثر در فرهنگ‌های مختلف را به وجود می‌آورد. نخبگان ایرانی نیز از زمان رویارویی با غربِ مدرن کوشیده‌اند تفسیری ایرانی و اسلامی از عناصر مختلف مدرنیته غربی ارائه دهند. حقوق شهروندی نیز، به عنوان یکی از اجزای اصلی مدرنیته، در ایران مورد بازتفسیر قرار گرفته است. هدف این مقاله فهم کیفیت بازتفسیر حقوق شهروندی در رساله &laquo;یک کلمه&raquo; نوشته مستشارالدوله و شناسایی طرح‌واره‌های فرهنگی به کاررفته در این بازتفسیر است.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>در این مقاله از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی برای مطالعه متن رساله یک کلمه استفاده شده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>تحلیل محتوای متن رساله &laquo;یک کلمه&raquo; حاکی از اشاره نویسنده به هر سه قسم حقوق مدنی، اجتماعی و سیاسی است. نویسنده کوشیده است هر یک از این حقوق را با استفاده از یک طرح‌واره فرهنگی موجود در سنت اسلامی تبیین و توجیه کند و عدم تباین این اصول را با شرعیات اسلامی نشان دهد. طرح‌واره‌های به کار رفته، اغلب به آیات قرآن احادیث و سیره پیامبر اسلام و معصومین ارجاع دارند.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>ایرانیان حقوق شهروندی را، همچون دیگر عناصر تشکیل‌دهنده مدرنیته، در بستر فرهنگی و تاریخی ایران مورد بازتفسیر قرار داده‌اند. در این فرایند بازتفسیر، معانی تازه‌ای به اصول حقوق شهروندی نسبت داده شد که در بستر اولیه شکل‌گیری حقوق شهروندی (غرب) وجود نداشتند و در نتیجه دریافت‌هایی که مخاطبان فارسی‌زبان این رساله از حقوق شهروندی پیدا می‌کردند، ناگزیر دریافت‌هایی متفاوت از فهم شهروندان ممالک غربی از حقوق شهروندی بود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and aim:</strong> According to the theory of Multiple Modernities, Western modernity is reinterpreted in non-Western cultures and civilizations, and it paves the way for the creation of diverse modernities in different cultures. Since the confrontation with the modern West, the Iranian elites have tried to present an Iranian and Islamic interpretation of various elements of Western modernity. Citizens&#39; rights, as one of the main components of modernity, have been re-interpreted in Iran. The purpose of this article is to understand the quality of the re-interpretation of citizenship rights in the &quot;one word&quot; (Yek-Kalameh) <a name="OLE_LINK2"></a><a name="OLE_LINK1">treatise </a>by Mostasharoddoleh and identify the cultural schemas used in this re-interpretation.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> In this article, the qualitative content analysis method has been used to study the text of Yek-Kalameh.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Analyzing the content of the text, suggests that the author refers to all three civil, social and political rights. The author has tried to explain and justify any of these rights using a cultural schema in the Islamic tradition, and to show the citizenship rights are not incompatible with Islamic law. The schemas used in the text, often refer to the Quran verses and the hadiths.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Iranians have re-interpreted citizenship rights, as well as other components of modernity, in the cultural and historical context of Iran. In this redefinition process, new meanings were attributed to the principles of citizenship rights that were not in the original meaning of Western citizenship rights, and as a result, the understanding of Iranian audience of the treatise on citizenship rights, inevitably, was different from the understanding of the citizens of the Western countries of them.<br> <br> Please cite this article as: Kashani SA.
