fa واکاوی نقش تکامل حقوق شهروندی اسلامی در بلوغ فرهنگی شهروندان پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">دین اسلام به عنوان کامل‌ترین ادیان، دارای آموزه‌های دینی و کاربردی بسیاری در حوزه‌های مختلف </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">(اجتماعی، فرهنگی، دینی و...) است. حال اگر افراد جامعه اسلامی آموزه‌های دینی را سرلوحه زندگی و ارتباط </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">با یکدیگر قرار دهند، آنگاه بازتاب آن را رشد فرهنگی آنان جلوه‌گر خواهد شد و این موضوع زمینه‌ساز تکامل و </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">بلوغ حقوق شهروندی آنان خواهد شد. </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">حال</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">ا این سؤال مطرح می‌گردد که چه ارتباط اساسی بین </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">درک و فهم فرهنگی در تکامل قوانین و حقوق شهروندان وجود دارد؟ این‌که شهروند جامعه اسلامی درک</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> درستی از اخلاق و اصول فرهنگی (کرامت انسان‌ها، احترام به هم‌نوع و تقوا...) داشته که در ارتقای سطح </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">آگاهی شهروندان مؤثر است و درآمیختن حقوق شهروندی با اخلاق و تقوا، از عوامل مهم روابط انسانی و</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> فرهنگی برای تداوم زندگی جمعی در یک جامعه اسلامی است که معیار دقیقی جهت شناختن اعمال سره از </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">ناسره است، چه بسا در این جامعه حقوق یکایک شهروندان به حق اجرا (گستره فرهنگی در بعد اجتماعی) و حتی الگوی مناسبی برای سایر کشورها (گستره فرهنگ در بعد بین‌المللی) می‌باشد. همچنین باعث تکامل</span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">اخلاقیات گردیده و جایگاه ویژه‌ای در حقوق شهروندی خواهد داشت. پس اگر اصول و قواعد اساسی اسلام را</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> که شامل اصل اعتدال، مدارا، قانونمندی و قانون‌مداری و عدالت‌ورزی است را میزان و عیار اعمال شهروندان </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;">جامعه اسلامی قرار دهیم در آن صورت می‌توان گفت که بلوغ فرهنگی کامل‌کننده حقوق شهروندی اسلامی</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:windowtext;"> است. پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی و طرح تحقیق &laquo;مطالعه اسنادی&raquo; انجام شده است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Islamic religion as the most perfect religion in the world contains numerous religious and applied doctrines in various social, cultural and religious fields. Islamic citizenship rights have also the highest rank among the religions and human schools and given the fact that the most striking feature of an Islamic society is the active participation of citizens in equal conditions with observation of their human dignity and the motive of nearness to God as the most reliable internal guarantee the question is raised that what basic relationship does exist between the cultural understanding in the evolution of laws and citizenship rights? Since the citizen of an Islamic society has a correct understanding of ethics and cultural principles of human dignity, respect to the fellow men and God-wariness which are effective in the promotion of the level of consciousness of the citizens ensure the continuation of collective life in Islamic society. This is indeed a good measure for knowing the right and the wrong. It is very likely that in this society the rights of every single citizen are correctly exercised in both cultural and social domains and even it can serve as a good example for other countries in international scene. Then, if the basic principles of Islam are seen as the criterion of the actions of the citizens in an Islamic society it is not an exaggeration to say that cultural maturity is an integral part of the Islamic citizenship right.
