fa حق بر سلامت و بهداشت عمومی از منظر حقوق بنیادین بشر با تأکید بر سند 2030 یونسکو پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="background:white;">امروزه یکی از مصادیق بارز حقوق بشر، حق بر سلامت و بهداشت عمومی است که وجود و استقرار آن، لازمه زندگی اجتماعی محسوب می‌شود.</span> <span style="background:white;">از این رو تفکیک میان مفهوم سلامت که به بار پایین بیماری‌های جسمی و روانی در جوامع انسانی اطلاق می‌شود و بهداشت عمومی که دربردارنده تعهدات دولت‌ها در حوزه درمانی و بهداشتی برای آحاد جوامع بشری است، اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. </span><span style="background:white;">در میان اسناد بین‌المللی که به بررسی چنین حقی پرداخته است، سند توسعه پایدار 2030 یونسکو اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد، چراکه تحولی </span>اساسی در رویکرد دولت‌ها نسبت به این موضوع به عنوان یکی از حقوق بنیادین بشر ایجاد نموده است. با توجه به جایگاه حقوق مذکور و عدم وجود منبعی که به تفصیل چنین حقوقی را مورد تحلیل قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر به صورت یک مطالعه موردی انجام شده و هدف از نگارش آن تبیین مفهوم و ابعاد تحت پوشش حق بر سلامت و بهداشت عمومی در سند مزبور می‌باشد.<br> یافته‌های ما حاکی از آنست <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">که حقوق مزبور جزء حقوق بنبادین بشری محسوب</span> می‌شود، لذا دولت‌ها بایستی با بهره‌گیری از همکاری‌های بین‌المللی، ظرفیت‌های اجرایی خود را جهت بهره‌مندی افراد جوامع از چنین حقوقی را افزایش دهند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Today, one of the obvious instances of human rights is the right to health and public health, whose existence and deployment are a prerequisite for social life. Since the separation concept of health that refers to the physical and mental illness in human societies and public health, which embodies the obligations of states in the field of health and sanitation for human societies, is particularly important.Among international document that the a health was investigated, the UNESCO Sustainable Development 2030 document is of particular importance, because it has created a fundamental Variation in the approach of states to this issue as a fundamental human right. The object of this right and the lack of detailed resources, this review is going to illustrate the concept and dimension of the document.<br> Our detecting suggest that this rights are considered to be human rights.
