fa بررسی مستندات منشور حقوق بیمار بر مبنای آموزه‌های دینی (قرآن و روایات) پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span dir="RTL">امروزه توجه به حقوق بیماران و جلب رضایت آن‌ها در کیفیت و مراقبت‌های درمانی، از اولویت‌های مهم و اساسی به شمار می‌رود. رعایت حقوق بیمار، آگاه‌نمودن و سهیم‌نمودن آن‌ها در تصمیم‌گیری، به نحو چشمگیری در بهبود بیماران مؤثر است. از این رو نظام بهداشتی درمانی ایران، منشوری برای نیل به این مهم تدوین نموده است. هدف نوشته پیش رو تحلیل و بررسی میزان تطبیق &laquo;منشور حقوق بیمار&raquo; با مبانی شرعی اسلام یعنی قرآن و روایات می‌باشد. روش تحقیق به شیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی با رویکرد قرآنی ـ روایی و متن محور می‌باشد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که همسویی منشور حقوق بیمار با آموزه‌های دینی در بیشتر موارد قابل مشاهده است. حقوق بیماران در اسلام از نگاه تعالی ارزش‌های انسانی و با تمرکز بر حفظ کرامت بیمار شکل گرفته است. علی‌رغم مطابقت محتوای منشور حقوق بیمار با موازین شرعی، با توجه به رابطه دوسویه حق و تکلیف، شاید بتوان گفت علاوه بر بررسی همه‌جانبه حقوق بیمار، مد نظر قراردادن تکالیف او در قبال کادر درمانی می‌تواند عامل مهمی در تحقق اهداف منشور حقوق بیمار به شمار آید، لذا نیل به این منظور، مستلزم تدوین متنی جامع با عنوان منشور حقوق و تکالیف بیمار می‌باشد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Today, paying attention to patients&#39; rights and their satisfaction with quality and medical care is one of the most important priorities. Observing patient&#39;s rights, informing them and sharing them in decision-making, is greatly effective in improving patients. Hence, Iran&#39;s health care system has made a decree to this end. The purpose of the present paper is to analyze the extent to which the &quot;charter of the patient&#39;s rights&quot; is implemented with the Islamic religious principles, ie, the Quran and narratives. The research method is descriptive-analytic with a Quranic-narrative and text-based approach. Findings of the research show that the alignment of the Patients&#39; Rights Charter with religious teachings can be seen in most cases. The rights of patients in Islam have been shaped by the values of human excellence and focus on preserving the dignity of the patient. Regardless of the content of the charter of the patient&#39;s rights in terms of religious law, given the two-fold relationship between the rights and duties, it can be said that in addition to the comprehensive examination of the patient&#39;s rights, considering his duties towards the medical staff can be an important factor in the realization of the goals of the charter of patient rights.
