fa مسؤولیت متخصصین سرطان نسبت به اطلاع‌رسانی به بیماران سرطانی درباره روش‌های حفظ باروری پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> روش‌های درمانی بیماری سرطان، سلامت باروری مبتلایان تحت درمان را تحت شعاع قرار می‌دهد، البته می‌توان با بهره‌مندی از روش‌های حفظ باروری، مشکل باروری مبتلایان را رفع نمود. هدف ما بررسی مسؤولیت آگاه‌سازی آنکولوژیست‌ها از روش‌های حفظ باروری نسبت به بیماران سرطانی بود.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> برای تحقق هدف فوق‌الذکر از روش تحقیق توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و اسنادی کتاخانه‌ای بهره‌مند گشته‌ایم.<br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> آنکولوژیست‌ها نسبت به آگاه‌نساختن بیماران سرطانی در خصوص از بین‌رفتن قدرت باروری آنان و روش‌های حفظ باروری دارای مسؤولیت می‌باشند.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: مسؤولیت آگاه‌سازی آنکولوژیست‌ها از روش‌های حفظ باروری نسبت به بیماران سرطانی اصولاً قراردادی می‌باشد و مبنای آن را می‌توان در عدم تحصیل رضایت آگاهانه بیمار سرطانی در رابطه قراردادی جستجو نمود. در تحلیل رابطه بین دو طرف قرارداد، تکلیف پزشک آنکولوژیست در آگاه‌سازی بیمار نسبت به روش‌های حفظ باروری را می‌توان استنباط نمود که نقض این تکلیف قراردادی قصور تلقی شده و سبب مسؤولیت پزشک می‌گردد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Background and aim:</strong> Medical methods of cancer treatment affect patients` reproductive health that is under treatment. Of course it is possible to solve patients` fertility problems by using fertility preservation methods. Our goal was to examine responsibility of informing oncologists from the method of fertility preservation for cancerous patients.<br> <strong>Method: </strong>In this paper, using the method of study and documentary- library, the results achieved.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Oncologists are responsible for not informing cancerous patients regarding losing their fertility power and fertility preservation methods.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Responsibility of informing oncologists from the method of fertility preservation for cancerous patients is basically contractual and its basis can searched in not taking voluntary consent of cancerous patients. Oncologist`s duty to inform the patient from fertility preservation methods can be inferred from the analysis of the relationship between the two parties. Violation of this duty is neglect and will lead to the doctor`s responsibility.</span><br> <br> Please cite this article as: Taghavi N, Omani Samani R.
