fa حقوق ایدز در نوجوانان <p>روزانه بیش از 7400 مورد ابتلاء جدید به ایدز در جهان رخ می‌دهد که بیش از 97 درصد آن مربوط به کشورهای دارای درآمدکم و متوسط است. بر اساس آمار وزارت بهداشت تا تاریخ 1388/10/1، در مجموع 20547 نفر مبتلا به ایدز در کشور شناسایی شده‌اند. از بین 814 نفر مورد ابتلای جدید به ایدز در سال 1388ش.، اعتیاد تزریقی 70/5 درصد و روابط جنسی 17/9 درصد موارد را تشکیل می‌دهند که نشان ‌دهنده افزایش ابتلا از طریق رفتارهای جنسی پرخطر است و می‌تواند زنگ خطر و هشدار جدی برای تشدید عواقب ناگوار این بیماری در جامعه باشد. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی چالش‌های حقوقی و نیازهای برآورد نشده نوجوانان کشورمان در رابطه با ایدز می‌باشد تا زمینه پیشگیری از روند افزایش ابتلا به آن با ارائه راهکارهایی در موارد ممکن فراهم گردد.</p> <p>AIDS affects over 7400 people per day, more than 97% of which occurs in low and middle income countries. According to the statistics of the Health Ministry of Iran, the overall number of HIV+ in the country has been 20547 persons up to 22 December 2009. Injection addiction and sexual relationships accounted for (respectively) 70.5% and 17.9% of newly infected cases with HIV (814 persons) in 2009, that shows an increased transmission by high risk sexual behaviors.
