Abstract:  
Background and Aim: All political and legal systems are a function of a single political structure. In Iran, the system structure is in the form of a semi - presidential - parliamentary form and is run in Presidential. the purpose of this study is to answer the question whether the unity of leadership status and executive authority is better or the multiplicity of it? that is, in the united states, the unity of the two (leadership, executive) has been formed, it is best (individual executive power) or duality (two branches of executive power) in iran.
Materials and Methods: This paper is descriptive analytical, and it has been developed using documentary method and taking note of note tools.
Results: The findings indicate that the ruling system in Iran is a semi - parliamentary system, a system of governance that is integrated with the administrative system and the parliamentary system. And in the US legal system (the constitution) of the United States, a federal government, which has a national government and a double government, is the federal executive of the Presidential Administration.
Ethical considerations: From the beginning to the end of the article, it is formulated and formulated by adherence to the principles of honesty.
Conclusion: In this semi - presidential - presidential model that is ruling in Iran, such as Presidential Presidential systems, it is responsible for the Presidency of the Republic, which represents a national sovereignty and enjoys political responsibility to the parliament, and parliament is capable of overthrowing the government with a vote of confidence. in the presidential model, which is a model in the political structure of the united states, the Presidential model is usually the single entity and all executive powers and executive powers are available to the president, the president is the country's highest official and enjoys his authority.
