fa عوامل مؤثر بر خریدوفروش داروهای غیرمجاز و قاچاق در منطقه ناصرخسرو تهران پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong> صنعت دارو به‌ عنوان یکی از صنایع استراتژیک که نقش مهمی در سلامت و امنیت جامعه ایفاء می‌کند، همواره مورد توجه اقتصاددانان و سیاست‌گذاران این عرصه بوده است. انسان برای برآورد حوائج خود در پی چاره‌جویی هست، چه‌بسا زمانی که از راه‌های قانونی و مشروع نتواند نیازهایش را تأمین نماید ممکن است روش‌های غیرقانونی را در پیش گیرد.<strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">در تحقیق حاضر که به‌صورت میدانی صورت گرفته است، پرسشنامه‌ای برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بزه &shy;دیدگان و بزهکاران جرم خرید و فروش داروهای غیرمجاز و قاچاق در منطقه ناصرخسرو تهران به‌عنوان جامعه آماری ارائه گردیده است. سپس سؤال‌ها به روش آنالیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و تأثیر فقر فرهنگی، نیاز و ضرورت، تأثیرات دولت و سطح اطلاعات و تحصیلات فروشندگان و خریداران داروی غیرمجاز و قاچاق توسط نمودارها بررسی‌شده است.</span><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong>یافته‌ها و نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که هرچند به‌طور مطلق نمی‌توان عاملی را علت اصلی خرید و فروش داروهای غیرمجاز و قاچاق در منطقه ناصرخسرو تهران عنوان نمود، لیکن اساسی‌ترین عامل را تأثیرات دولت می‌توان عنوان نمود.<span style="font-size:10.5pt;"></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></strong> این نوشتار با در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات اخلاقی همچون صداقت، امانت&shy;داری در تحلیل متون و استناددهی نگارش شده است.<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">در جهت ممانعت از ارتکاب و تکرار خرید و فروش داروهای غیرمجاز و قاچاق، دولت بایستی سیاست‌های پیشگیرانه و حمایتی را اتخاذ نماید تا افراد مضطر و بیمار، امنیت را احساس کنند و همیشه خود را در زیر چتر حمایتی دولت و جامعه بدانند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The pharmaceutical industry as a strategic industry plays an important role in the health and safety of society, economists and policymakers in this area is considered critical. Man sought workaround is to assess your needs, perhaps when he needs it fails to provide legitimate ways may adopt illegal methods.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In the present study the fieldwork was conducted by questionnaire to gather information on victims and criminals of buy and sell of illegal and trafficking medicine in the Tehran Naser Khosro region is presented as a population. The question then studied and the analysis of the impact of cultural poverty, need and necessity, the impact of government and the level of information and education is studied by the graph sellers and buyers illegal and trafficking medicine.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Research findings indicate that even though absolutely no factor as the main reason for buy and sell of illegal and trafficking medicine in the Tehran Naser Khosro region, but the principal can be concluded that the impact of government.<br> <strong>Ethical considerations:</strong> In Order to Organize this Research, While Observing the Authenticity of the Texts, Honesty and Fidelity Have Been Observed.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: In order to prevention committing and repeating of buy and sell of illegal and trafficking medicine, the government should adopt preventive and supportive policies People anxious and patient, to feel secure and always under the umbrella of government support and the community know<em><span dir="RTL">.</span></em><br> <br> <strong>Cite this article as: </strong>Beigi J, Alizadeh Same S.
