fa درآمدی بر تحول مفهوم «انسانی‌شدن‌» در حقوق بین‌الملل عمومی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL">انسانی شدن حقوق بین الملل عمومی به معنای ورود حقوق بشر به همه عرصه های حقوق بین الملل &nbsp;به عنوان یک نهاد فرادستی است. البته از این فراتر انسانی شدن مشتمل بر مشارکت داده شدن فرد انسان در همه فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری بین المللی به عنوان یک عضو از &quot; جامعه بین المللی تثبیت یافته &quot; و حمایت از وی در موقعیت های حساس اعم از وضعیت های بشردوستانه و غیر آن می باشد. انسانی شدن از منظر حقوق بین الملل به مثابه یک فرآیند طولانی مدت تکوین یافته و در حال توسعه است. مفهوم انسانی شدن در حقوق بین الملل به هر ترتیب، در حال توسعه است و نهادهای حقوق بین الملل خواسته یا ناخواسته به این توسعه کمک می کنند. برخی از این نهادها مانند مداخله بشردوستانه یا حکمرانی مطلوب مستقیماً در راستای انسانی شدن شکل گرفته اند و برخی دیگر به این فرآیند کمک می کنند. نهادهای حقوق بین الملل که در فرآیند انسانی شدن دخیل شده اند متعددند ولی می توان مهم ترین آن ها را در سه دسته کلی سازمان های بین المللی، نظام مسئولیت بین المللی و ایجاد سلسله مراتب در حقوق بین الملل خلاصه نمود. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر تحلیلی تبیینی است</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Humanization of international law simply means the enter of human rights into international arenas as a superior entity. also it contains to participate of human being in international decision making processes as a member of international stable society and protect him in sensitive situations for example humanitarian positions and so on.in the point of international view humanization defines as a developing and genesis long term process. The concept of humanization in international law is being developed and international entities help to this development. Some of these entities for example humanitarian intervention or good governance are being created in directly to humanization and other entities help to this process. We have many international law entities that have been entered into humanization procedure but we can summarize the most important of them into three totally branches: international organizations, international responsibility system and creation of hierarchical in international law.
