fa تبیین رویکردهای نوین بزه‌دیده‌مداری در جرائم منافی عفت پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL">در سال‌های اخیر، فضای بزه‌دیده‌شناسی تحت تأثیر اصول و قواعد حوزه اخلاق قرار گرفته است. مسائلی مانند حمایت از بزه‌دیدگان، تأثیر اعمال و رفتارهای منافی عفت که به عنف صورت می‌گیرند و...، همگی موجب شکل‌گیری رویکردهای نوینی در حقوق کیفری،&nbsp; به ویژه مقوله بزه‌دیده مداری شده است. بزه‌دیدگان عموماً با مشکلات متعددی از جمله بزه‌کاری در آینده، بیماری‌های روحی و جسمی مواجه خواهند شد. در فرآیند استقرار عدالت کیفری، تعیین جایگاه بزه‌دیده مهم‌ترین عامل برای احقاق حقوق وی محسوب می‌شود. تحت تأثیر رویکردهای جدید، سیاست‌های جنایی مختلفی در ارتباط با قربانیان جرائم منافی عفت به عنف اتخاذ شده است. در پژوهش حاضر که به روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی و با تکیه بر آموزهای حقوق و جرم‌شناختی گردآوری شده است، مشاهده خواهد شد که در نظام حقوق کیفری ایران، توجه قانونگذار با در نظرگرفتن آخرین نتایج علم جرم‌شناسی، بیش از پیش به بزه‌دیده و طرق جبران خسارات وارده به وی معطوف شده است. در عین حال، خلأها و چالش‌های مختلفی نیز در این زمینه وجود دارد که نیازمند اتخاذ سیاست‌های خاص جرم‌انگاری و کیفرانگاری با تأکید بر سازوکارهای جبران خسارات وارده بر بزه‌دیدگان جرائم مزبور می‌باشد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In recent years, the atmosphere of victimology has been influenced by the principles and rules of the field of ethics. Issues such as the protection of victims, the impact of indecent acts and behaviors that are perpetrated by violence, etc., have all led to the formation of new approaches in criminal law, especially the category of victim orientation. Victims will generally face a number of problems, including future delinquency, mental and physical illness. In the process of establishing criminal justice, determining the status of the victim is the most important factor for the realization of his rights. Influenced by new approaches, various criminal policies have been adopted in relation to victims of rape crimes. In the present study, which has been collected analytically-descriptively and based on the teachings of law and criminology, it will be observed that in the Iranian criminal law system, the legislator&#39;s attention, considering the latest results of criminology, more than ever. It has focused on the victim and the methods of compensating him.
