fa ایمنی غذا و دارو در پرتو دکترین امنیت انسانی و اسناد بین‌المللی حقوق بشر پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ایمنی غذا و دارو در پرتو دکترین امنیت انسانی و اسناد بین‌المللی حقوق بشر در ایران و مقایسه با سایر کشورها است که با عنایت به اهمیت بسیار بالا و جایگاه مهم مسئله امنیت غذایی و دارویی در تأمین بهداشت عمومی و حق دسترسی به سلامت به‌عنوان یک حق انسانی و چالش‌ها و موانع موجود در مسیر ایجاد امنیت کامل و پایدار غذایی و دارویی در ایران در سایه دکترین امنیت انسانی و اسناد بین‌المللی حقوق بشر، تاثیر رفع چالش&shy; ها و موانع موجود در زمینه &shy;ی غذایی و دارویی، ضرورت انجام پژوهشی خاص و مستقل و مطالعه‌ی جامع پیرامون ابعاد گوناگون آن را اجتناب‌ناپذیر می‌نماید.<strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"> </span>این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی تهیه شده و جمع&shy; آوری اطلاعات آن نیز با ابزار اسنادی- کتابخانه&shy; ای صورت گرفته است.</span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong>لذا با توجه به تحقیق انجام گرفته یک سیستم ملی کارا برای کنترل ایمنی مواد غذایی علاوه بر کمک به ارتقاء وضع تغذیه و سلامت جامعه به بهبود صنایع غذایی، افزایش تولید و افزایش سطح درآمدها می‌انجامد.<br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">ملاحظات اخلاقی:</span></span></strong> در تمامی مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت&shy;داری رعایت شده است.<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL">احتمالاً بهبود ساختار زیربنایی و قوانین موجود برای داشتن یک سیستم کنترل مواد غذایی کارا</span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL">در سطح ملی حائز اهمیت است.</span></span></span></div> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The aim of this study is to investigate the safety of food and medicine in the light of the doctrine of human security and international human rights documents in Iran and compare with other countries, which is very important and important position of food and drug security in public health and access to Health as a human right, effect of the challenges and obstacles to creating complete and sustainable food and drug security in Iran in the shadow of the doctrine of human security and international human rights documents, the need for special and independent research and comprehensive study of its various dimensions is inevitable.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This Research has Been Prepared by Descriptive-Analytical Method and its Data has Been Collected by Documentary-Library Tools.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Therefore, according to research, an efficient national system for food safety control, in addition to helping to improve the nutritional status and health of society, leads to improving the food industry, increasing production and increasing income levels.<br> <strong>Ethical considerations:</strong> In Order to Organize this Research, While Observing the Authenticity of the Texts, Honesty and Fidelity Have Been Observed.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Therefore, probably improving the infrastructure and existing laws is important for having an efficient food control system at the national level.<br> <br> <strong>Cite this article as: </strong>Souri A, Fallahzadeh A, Markaz Malmiri A.
