fa بررسی رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و جرم در ایران (مطالعه موردی قتل) پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> یکی از دغدغه‌های دیرین بشر، از بین بردن مشکلات جامعه؛ به خصوص آسیب‌های موجود در آن بوده است. آسیب‌های اجتماعی دارای ساختاری گسترده و پیچیده است سرمایه اجتماعی در کنار سرمایه فیزیکی و نیروی کار یکی از علل مؤثر در پیشرفت اقتصادی و ارتقای سطح رفاه اجتماعی می‌باشد. سرمایه اجتماعی عناوینی همچون هنجارها، اعتماد و تعامل دوجانبه را شکل می‌دهد که از این جهت بالا بودن جرم و جنایت معرف پایین بودن سطح سرمایه اجتماعی در جامعه است. هدف ما در این مقالعه بررسی سطح معنا داری و ارتباط بین سرمایه اجتماعی و جرم در ایران باعنایت به مطالعه موردی قتل می‌باشد.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>یافته‌های تحقیق:</strong> یافته&rlm;ها حاکی از تعامل دوسویه سطح سرمایه اجتماعی و جرم و جنایت می‌باشد و هرچه سطح سرمایه اجتماعی در اجتماع پایین&rlm;تر باشد در بالا رفتن جرم و جنایت مؤثر است. با عنایت به رابطه موجود و ماهیت آن ایجاب می‌کند که با استفاده از یافته‌های سابق، و تحقیقات و مطالعات مداوم به شناخت بیشتر آن اقدام شود. از این رو در بررسی و چاره‌جویی آن، مسئله سرمایه اجتماعی جایگاه مهمی پیدا کرده است و توجه محققان این حوزه را به خود معطوف داشته است.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>روش تحقیق:</strong> این مقاله به صورت توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای تهیه و تدوین گردیده است.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>ملاحظات اخلاقی:</strong> از ابتدا تا انتهای این مقاله به اصل امانتداری، عدم جانبداری علمی و اصل صداقت پایبند بوده‌ایم.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> سرمایه اجتماعی نقش به‌سزایی در عمده پدیده‌های اجتماعی؛ خاصه آسیب‌ها و پدیده مجرمانه دارد و در چاره‌جویی آنها از حیث تبیین و شناخت، عامل مهمی است. از این رو در تعریف آن می‌توان گفت: سرمایه اجتماعی به مجموعه سرمایه،</span><span dir="RTL"> منابع حاصل از نهادها، روابط اجتماعی و هنجارهایی اطلاق می‌شود که کمیت و کیفیت کنش متقابل اجتماعی وابسته به آن است.</span> <span dir="RTL">بنابراین با هدف بررسی وضعیت سرمایه اجتماعی، آمار قتل در کشور و رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و ابعاد آن با آمار قتل، اقدام به تحلیل ثانویه داده‌های موجود نموده‌ایم. </span><span dir="RTL">نتایج بررسی‌ها شان می‌دهد که میانگین سرمایه اجتماعی کشور 49 درصد و پایین‌تر از میانگین طیف است. به علاوه آمار قتل در کشور از سال 1391 تا سال 1394 روند افزایشی داشته</span><span dir="RTL">،</span><span dir="RTL"> اما در سال 1395 نسبت به سال 1394 این میزان کاهش داشته؛ همچنین آزمون‌های آماری نشان می‌دهد بین سرمایه اجتماعی کل و تمام ابعاد آن با قتل همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد، یعنی کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی بر افزایش آمار جرم و جنایت (قتل) تأثیر معکوس دارد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective and Background:</strong> One of the Old Concerns of the Mankind has Been Overcoming the Problems of the Society, Especially the Harms and Damages Extant Therein. The Social Damages Feature a Vast and Complicated Structure. Social Capital Along With Physical Capital and Workforce is a Factor Influencing the Economic Progress and Social Welfare&rsquo;s Enhancement. Social Capital Shapes Titles Like Norms, Trust and Bilateral Interaction and, in This Regard, the High Level of Crime and Criminality Denote the Low Level of the Social Capital in the Society. The Present Study Aims at Investigating the Significance Level of the Relationship Between the Social Capital and Crime Perpetration in Iran in Respect to Murder.<br> <strong>Study&rsquo;s Findings:</strong> The Findings Indicated the Bilateral Interaction Between the Social Capital&rsquo;s Level and Crime and Criminality; The Lower the Level of the Social Capital in the Community, The Higher the Level of Crime Perpetration and Criminality. Considering the Existent Relationship and Its Nature, it is Necessary to use the Previous Findings and do Constant Research to Better Recognize the Foresaid Relationship. Therefore, in Investigating the Issue and Finding a Solution Thereto, It Was Found out that Social Capital Possesses a Significant Position and the Researchers Have Begun to Pay a Greater Deal of Attention Thereto.<br> <strong>Study Method:</strong> The Present Descriptive-Analytical Study Has Been Conducted Based on Library Research.<br> <strong>Ethical Considerations:</strong> Trustworthiness, Scientific Impartiality and Honesty have Been the Principles Observed From the Beginning to the End of This Article.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Social Capital Plays a Considerable Role in Most of the Social Phenomena, Particularly the Harms and the Criminal Events and it is of a Great Importance in Finding a Solution in Terms of Elucidation and Recognition. Thus, it Can be Stated in Its Definition that Social Capital is a set of Capitals, Institutions-Driven Resources, Social Relations and Norms on Which the Quality of the Mutual Social Actions is Dependent. Therefore, Aiming at the Investigation of the Social Capital&rsquo;s Status, the Country&rsquo;s Murder Statistics and the Relationship Between Social Capital and Its Aspects With the Murder Statistics, Measures Were Taken in Line With the Analysis of the Extant Data. The Investigations&rsquo; Results Indicated That Iran&rsquo;s Mean Social Capital Is 49% and Lower Than the Spectrum&rsquo;s Average. Moreover, The Murder Statistics Have Been Ascending From 2012 to 2015 But a Reduction Has Been Evidenced for 2016 in Respect to 2015. The Statistical Tests, as Well, Demonstrated that There is a Significant Correlation Between Total Social Capital and all Its Aspects With Murder Meaning That the Reduction in Social Capital Inversely Influences the Crime (Murder) and Criminality Statistics.<br> <br> <strong>Please Cite This Article As:</strong> Ebrahimi M, Esmaeli M, Kazemi jooybari M.
